    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a buckle device capable of assuring usability and an excellent feeling of seating and responding to a seat arrangement with a simple configuration.
      SOLUTION: In the buckle device 10, an anchor holding part 52 is formed at the lower end side of a boot 42 stretched between a connecting part 20 of a plate anchor 16 and a buckle body 28. The connecting part 20 of the plate anchor 16 is fitted from the tip end side to an inner periphery of the anchor holding part 52. The buckle body 28 and a belt 38 are supported in a self-supported state by the boot 42 supported in the self-supported state. An outer periphery of the tip end side of the connecting part 20 of the plate anchor 16 is formed in an arc shape to be a boot slide surface 22, and the boot 42 is concentrically rotatable with the boot slide surface 22. Since the boot 42 supporting the buckle body 28 has flexibility, the buckle body can be rotated in the guiding direction by the boot surface 22, and also can be moved in the opposite direction to the guiding direction by the bowing of the boots 42.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an armrest structure, capable of achieving both improvement of riding comfort for an occupant to a vehicle seat and webbing installation operability for the occupant. SOLUTION: On a side part of the vehicle seat 22 on the opposite side of a side door, an armrest 30 is provided to be rotatable around a rotation center axis 32. Normally, the armrest 30 is retained at a use position. When the occupant starts installation of a webbing 12 by extending the webbing 12 by prescribed quantity, a controller 46 energizes a solenoid 44 to cause locking of a clutch gear 34 by a lock lever 38 to be canceled.
