    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a molded paper tube usable as a construction material having excellent properties such as a heat insulation property, a sound insulation property, a shock absorption property, a humidity regulation property, and a facility function, and capable of functioning for housing a pipe, a wire, an apparatus, and the like.
SOLUTION: In this molded paper tube 4, its configuration is constructed of plane parts 4a, 4a, 4a, and 4a and curved face parts 4b, 4b, 4b, and 4b. A molded paper tube assembly 5 is formed when a plurality of molded paper tubes 4 are arranged in parallel and their adjacent plane parts are connected mutually. An exterior material 6 is connected to at least one face of the molded paper tube assembly 5.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent remaining of useless yarn in a groove by easily removing yarn fastened in the groove after using by constituting the lowest bottom part of a recessed part for yarn stopping in the peripheral direction of an end part of a bobbin main body of a flat surface or a curved surface in such a degree as not to catch yarn and coating this lowest bottom part with an adhesive. SOLUTION: A recessed part is provided in the peripheral direction in the neighbourhood of an end part of a bobbin 1. An end surface of the recessed part is curved and is to be a curved surface in such a degree as not to catch yarn. That is, whichever diameter of yarn tires to get in it, it cannot get in or, even when it gets in, it is not gripped. Thereafter, an adhesive 3 is applied on a part of about a half of this groove. Yarn 4 is held by adhesive force of the adhesive 3. It is possible to sufficiently hold the yarn 4 by such adhesive force because the adhesive 3 is very strong in binding force at the time of pulling the yarn in the tangential direction of the bobbin 1 and very weak in a direction to peel it (normal line). Consequently, it comes to be very easy to remove the remaining yarn in the case of reusing the bobbin 1.

    • PURPOSE:To prevent breakage of yarn to a certain extent almost without increasing production cost in as comparison with ordinary cone paper tube and also prevent any deformation in yarn winding layer due to slippage of yarn almost perfectly by cutting off the inner surface side on an opening edge on the large diameter side and fuzzing its cut surface. CONSTITUTION:In a cone paper tube 1, the inner surface 2 on an opening edge on the large diameter side is cut, and cut surface is fuzzed. Cutting the inner surface 2 on the opening edge means that the edge section constructed with end surface and inner surface 2 is removed by chamfering method. This is made to solve problems such as connecting with a holder, strength of paper tube itself, erection in use by delivering yarn after winding-up has been completed, etc. The fuzzing may be made by grinding the surface roughly with a wire brush, etc., after cutting off or cutting off itself may be made with a rough grinder, etc. When the paper tube is fuzzed, large friction is generated due to fuzz, thus slippage of yarn, can be prevented.

    • PURPOSE:To improve thread guard factor by winding a male fastener on a paper layer at least in the vicinity of the surface layer in paper layers forming a spiral paper tube, and engravedly providing an opening part containing a thread holding groove on the outer circumferential face of the end mushroom part of the paper tube so as to pass through the male fastener. CONSTITUTION:In many paper layers P1-Pn constituting a composite paper tube 1 for winding thread, a male fastener (face fastener) 2 closely provided with many hook or mushroom shaped projections thereon is arranged on the paper layers P4-P6 of surface layer at regular intervals. This male fastener 2 is spirally wound in parallel with the winding direction of a paper tape 5. An opening part 4 constituted of an introducing groove 41 and a thread holding groove 42 along the circumferential direction is engravedly provided in the vicinity of the end part 3 of the paper tube 1. By spirally providing the male fastener 2 in this way, the groove of the opening part engravedly provided in the circumferential direction is passed through the male fastener 2 part at several positions, and hence thread guard factor can be improved.

    • PURPOSE:To take up a strip body in a roll shape by forming an almost real circle by the upper surfaces of core constituting pieces adjacent in the circumferential direction when the core constituting pieces are pressed outwardly by a press body. CONSTITUTION:When compressed air is injected in a press body 4 from a valve 7 thereof, a tube 12 is expanded to push out movable core materials 3 and core constituting pieces 6 adjacent in the circumferential direction are increased in diameter to form an almost real circle. A strip body 10 is taken up and air is discharged from the valve 7 after the taking-up of the strip body 10 to contract the tube 12 and the taken-up strip body 10 is detached from the core constituting pieces 6 to be supplied to the next process or delivered as a product. At the beginning of the taking-up of the strip body 10, the strip body 10 is fixed to the core constituting pieces 6 by a self-adhesive seal 11 or the end part of the strip body 10 is wound around the core constituting pieces 6 several times to be fixed to said pieces 6 or the end part of the strip body 10 is fitted in a slit 17 to be fixed. When the strip body is fixed by the self-adhesive seal 11, the strip body 10 is fixed after the press body 4 is contracted in order to separate the strip body 10 and, when a taking-up shaft 1 is reversely rotated, the self-adhesive seal 11 is easily separated from the core constituting pieces 6.
