The vertically reinforcing rib 20 imparts out-of-plane rigidity to each side wall of the steel pipe upper end 12BU.

The lapse of time until the temperature of the surface of the glass where the film is stuck attains the lower one of either the allowable temperature of the film or the allowable temperature of the adhesive is computed based on the computed temperature change (step SA-3). Then, this elapsed time is determined to be a fireproof time in which the fireproof performance of the glass is held(step SA-4).
