PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fireproof reinforcement structure of a concrete-filled steel pipe column, capable of suppressing local buckling of the steel pipe column.SOLUTION: A concrete-filled steel pipe column 10 includes a steel pipe column 12, and infilled concrete 14 filled inside the steel pipe column 12. The steel pipe column 12 comprises a rectangular steel tube, and includes upper and lower steel pipe joint parts 12A to which a steel frame beam 16 as a horizontal member is joined, and a steel pipe body part 12B extending between the steel pipe joint parts 12A. A steel pipe upper end (column head) 12BU and a steel pipe lower end (column base) 12BL as axial direction ends in the steel pipe body part 12B are provided with cylindrical members 22U and 22L as buckling suppressing members, respectively.
