    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce labor and cost of construction by elastically holding a joint body of a pipe joint by a joint holding part and fixing the pipe joint on a wall surface, to prevent direct collision of the pipe joint to the wall surface, and to protect both the wall surface and the pipe joint even when the pipe joint vibrates due to a water hammer phenomenon. SOLUTION: The joint fixture is for holding the joint body of the pipe joint and fixing the pipe joint on the wall surface. A holding body 2 is provided extending to curve in an annular shape from one end of a base 1, and at an end of the holding body 2, a fixed piece 3 overlapped with the other end of the base 1 and adhering thereto is provided, to form the joint holding part having a predetermined inner diameter formed by the base 1 and the holding body 2. A through-hole is provided communicably in the overlapped base 1 and the fixed part. A plurality of the through-holes are provided communicably in the base 1 and the fixed part, allowing change in the inner diameter of the joint holding part by changing the corresponding positional relation. Further, one to a plurality of window holes are provided in the holding body 2 in the annular direction allowing the pipe end position of the inserted pipe into the joint to be seen.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packing for sealing the outer peripheral face of a resin pipe inserted therein with water tightness, offering construction reducing the press-in resistance of the resin pipe, when inserted therein, compared with that of an O-ring.
      SOLUTION: The packing comprises a cylindrical body having an insertion hole for the resin pipe and a seal portion protruded circularly on the inner peripheral face of the insertion hole for making elastically close contact with the outer peripheral face of the resin pipe. The seal portion is formed in a wavy shape with amplitude in the axial direction. A wavy groove corresponding to the seal portion at its both sides is formed on the outer peripheral face of the cylindrical body. Furthermore, a flange is integrally formed at one end of the cylindrical body. The packing is applied to a simple-operation joint which has a joint body, a hexagon cap nut threadably joined to the joint body and having a tapered inner peripheral face gradually reduced in diameter in the direction of extracting the resin pipe, and a chuck ring reduced in diameter in the direction of extracting the resin pipe with the abutment on the tapered inner peripheral face and having interlocking teeth formed on the inner peripheral face.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To further enhance the locking effect of a water pipe by improving a biting structure to the water pipe while ensuring a high fastening force by uniformly reducing the diameter of the whole body so as not to cause biased fastening of a chuck ring.
      SOLUTION: The pipe joint includes: a joint body having an annular space between an external thread body and a water-passing sleeve as an insert part of the water pipe, in which a tapered port gradually reduced in diameter is formed at an opening of the external thread body and an outward projection is formed on the outer circumferential surface of the water-passing sleeve; a cap nut having a reversed tapered port reversed to the tapered port at an inner surface opening, the cap nut being screwed to the external thread body; and a chuck ring having tapered surfaces corresponding respectively to the tapered port and the reversed tapered port, which are formed on the outer surface at both sides. A pair of inward projections is formed in symmetric positions across the outward projection in an internal insert hole of the chuck ring, and the tapered port and the reversed tapered port have the same inclination in linear symmetry. On the outer circumferential surface of the water-passing sleeve, a pair of inward recessed parts facing respectively the inward projections of the chuck ring is formed across the outward projection.

      SOLUTION: The joint for the soft pipe comprises a joint body, the cap nut and the chuck ring. In the joint body, a connecting part to existing piping is provided in one side, an inner cylinder and an outer cylinder having a gap capable of receiving a pipe end of the soft pipe are concentrically provided in another side axial direction, an anti-loosening groove is circumferentially provided in an outer circumferential face of the inner cylinder, and a male screw part is threaded in an outer circumferential face of the outer cylinder. In the cap nut, a female screw part is provided in one inner side, a tapered face having a constant downward gradient is provided in an inner circumference, and a stage part is provided in a trailing end. In the chuck ring, an outer circumferential face is used as a tapered face matching with the tapered face of the cap nut, a collar engaging with the stage part is circumferentially provided on a tip, and the cap nut and the chuck ring are integrally composed. A means of providing a tooth space in an inner circumferential face and passing an expanding slot through one place is adopted.
