摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a graphite mold for molding a urethane foam which may not use a mold release agent by forming a fluororesin layer having excellent mold releasability from the urethane foam on a surface of a molding surface by a large fixing force. SOLUTION: The graphite mold for molding the urethane foam used in the case of foam molding a urethane resin comprises a graphite base 2 formed in a predetermined shape, and a sealing layer 3 formed at a molding surface 9 side of the base 2 and containing a low molecular weight fluororesin to advance into hole gaps 10 of the base 2. The graphite mold also comprises a buffer layer 5 made of a fluororesin in which a buffer material formed on a surface of the layer 5 to absorb an impact is dispersed, and a surface layer 6 made of a high molecular weight fluororesin and provided at a surface side of the layer 3.

SOLUTION: The plastic molded body for mold releasing for the foamed molded body which has a thickness of 0.5-2.0 mm and is molded into the same shape as that of the inner face of the mold by using a resin which is easily releasable from a resin for foam molding when foam molding is performed is stuck (adhered) on the inner wall of the mold by using an adhesive and then, foam molding is performed.
