摘要： PURPOSE:To suppress the rotating speed fluctuation at idle rotation by gradually increasing the output current of a generator for vehicle immediately after load is applied in accordance with an applied load capacity. CONSTITUTION:When a fan motor switch 5-1 and a headlight switch 5-2 are turned on, transistors 3-104 and 3-105 of a variable resistance circuit 3-10 are turned on while a transistor 3-6 is turned on for a fixed time. A Capacitor 3-9 discharges when the transistor 3-6 is turned on, but when it is turned off, it is charged at a time constant in proportion to the resistance value of a variable resistance circuit 3-10. A comparator 3-14 compares the charging voltage V5 of the Capacitor 3-9 with that of a Capacitor 3-16 charged and discharged at a constant cycle and outputs a pulse signal in which an ON period gradually decreases. During the ON period of this pulse signal the exciting current of a generator 1 for vehicle is forcibly interrupted.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To certainly prevent battery exhaustion when an internal combustion engine is idled, improve fuel consumption, and suppress the increase of a cost. SOLUTION: An electronic control unit(ECU) 41 judges whether a battery 32 is charged or discharged at present on the basis of the engine speed of an engine 1 and a charge/discharge balance rotational speed when the engine 1 is operated including an idling period. Further, a battery state value is changed and set on the basis of a judged result. In the case that the battery state value becomes lower than a reference judged value, an idle speed control valve 11 is opened, and idle-up is executed. Not for an alternator 31 and the like, but for taking strictly the state of the battery 32 in consideration, wasteful fuel consumption can be suppressed. Furthermore, the voltage of the battery 32 is not directly detected so that arrangement of detecting means can be omitted.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To measure a battery charging capacity in a high accuracy on the basis of a large charging current by fixing an adjusting voltage of a regulator higher than that in a regular service only during a prescribed measuring time when a terminal voltage-current characteristic of a battery is measured. SOLUTION: This measuring apparatus is provided at least with a sensor 1 detecting a terminal voltage and a charging current of a battery; a charging control unit 2 controlling a charging condition for the battery on the basis of an detected result by the sensor; and a regulator 4 controlling the terminal voltage of the battery. In this apparatus, a voltage fixing circuit 3 is provided between the charging control unit 2 and the regulator 4 so as to adjust a voltage of the regulator 4, the charging control unit 2 is adapted to output a control signal to the voltage fixing circuit 3 so as to fix a measuring time, and the voltage fixing circuit 3 is adapted to control the voltage of the regulator 4 so as to coincide with an adjusting voltage previously fixed during receiving the control signal.

As a result of decision being effected two times, when the voltage value of a present battery 17 is below a given voltage, the CPU 11 turns OFF the intake heater 1.
