When the inversion of the turning direction is judged, the sudden inversion or not is judged by the standard value Vbe or more or not of a judged value Vb which is the sum of the absolure values of the angles δ(n) and δ(0) (S90 and 100): and when the turning direction is suddenly inverted, the attenuation coefficients Cgf and Cgr of the virtual shock absorber for controlling heave are set to the maximum values Cgfmax and Cgrmax for a given time (S40, 50, 110, and 120).
