    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell system capable of separating moisture and a specific gas constituent from off-gas while suppressing increase of an installation space; and to provide a mobile object with the system mounted thereon.
      SOLUTION: A separator 10 of an integrated structure for separating moisture and hydrogen from a hydrogen off-gas is installed in a fuel gas circulation system for circulating, to a fuel cell, a mixture gas of hydrogen supplied to the fuel cell from a hydrogen supply source and the hydrogen off-gas exhausted from the fuel cell to the fuel cell. The separator 10 is provided, in a casing 10A, with a moisture separation part 10D for separating moisture from the off-gas by accumulating the hydrogen off-gas, and a hollow fiber filter 15 for transmitting hydrogen included in the off-gas in the moisture separation part 10D.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an engine valve in which the wear resistance in the face part is improved and attack to mating parts is reduced by precipitating carbides of specified grain size into the surface layer part of the face part of an engine valve composed of a heat resistant steel. SOLUTION: An engine valve 1 provided with a face part 1a is arranged on the inside of a high frequency heating coil 3 arranged in a decarburizing vessel 2. The inside of the decarburizing vessel 2 is evacuated by a vacuum pump, and after that, gaseous propane or the like is fed thereto from a feed port 6. A high frequency AC electric current is made to flow through a high frequency heating coil 3 from a high frequency generator 7, while the face part 1a of the engine valve 1 is locally heated, proscribed voltage is applied thereto from a plasma power source 4, and carbon plasma is generated on the inside of the carbonizing vessel 2. The face part 1a of the engine valve 1 is subjected to plasma cardurizing treatment. Carbides in which the grain size lies in the range of 0.3 to 5μm are precipitated into the surface layer part of the face part 1a. This carbides are precipitated preferably in the range from the topmost surface of the face part 1a to a depth of 50μm.

    • PURPOSE:To reduce residual strain of a flame coated film without forming any projected part and thereby improve its peeling off resistance by melting and freezing the flame coated film being laminated on an inner surface of the bore of a cylinder partially and up to the vicinity of the bottom part of the flame coated film by a high density energy heat source and forming a molten frozen layer. CONSTITUTION:A mixed powder consisting of aluminum-15% silicone alloy powder and Fe-60% Cr-7% alloy powder is flame coated on the inner circumferential surface of the bore 10 of a cylinder block 1 and a flame coated film 7 is laminated. Then the film 7 is irradiated by a laser beam from a laser device 2 through a first reflecting mirror 3, a condenser lens 4 and a second reflecting mirror 5. The laser irradiated flame coated film 7, absorbing energy from the laser, is heated to a high temperature and the flame coated film 7 is molten and frozen up to its bottom part and becomes a molten frozen bead part 70. In this case, as the flame coating heat is transferred to the cylinder block entirely, the freezing speed becomes high and metal structure of the molten frozen bead part 70 becomes deuse.

    • PURPOSE:To shorten the partcontacted with the face to be worked even in case of its shape being in a roller shape as the whole, by forming plural projection bars on the outer surface of the shaft like tool substrate in a circular section, and facing the side edge of at least one projection bar of those projection bars in the direction crossed with the bus along the circumferential direction of the tool substrate. CONSTITUTION:A high bearing is obtained, by contacting with the face to be worked with the projection bar 3 formed on the outer surface of a tool substrate 1, and the contact length becoming short with its being limited. When this tool substrate is rolled along the face to be worked in the radial direction, the projection bar causes a plastic deformation with its pressurizing the face to be worked, and burnishing finish is performed. In that case, either one projection bar is faced to the direction crossed with the bus along the circumferential direction of the tool substrate at its side edge part, so the part receiving a plastic deformation in the face to be worked is moved in the axial direction of the tool substrate, therefore the burnishing finish is performed, by rotating the tool substrate so that the rotation phase of the tool at the same place differs on each rolling of the tool repeatedly.
