    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To execute the transmission and reception of power between two power supplies in a wide range of an operational condition, in a power device that can feed power to one motor from the two power supplies via different inverters. SOLUTION: AC power is fed to the motor 20 from the DC first power supply 12 via the first inverter 16. AC power is fed from the DC second power supply 14 via the second inverter 18 and a transmission coil 24 that is arranged so as to correspond to each phase. Low-potential side terminals of the first and the second power supplies are connected by a connecting line 26, and power transmission and reception by a DC between the power supplies is hereby made possible. Since the transmission coil is arranged independent from the motor, magnetic coupling between the transmission coil and a stator coil 22 of the motor is eliminated or reduced, and an effect to the operation of the motor can be reduced, thus enabling the transmission and reception of the power between the two power supplies to be conducted under a wide operational condition.
