摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance fluid cutoff performance, and to improve vibration absorptivity and durability by constituting a hose of organized clay and a polymer, and orienting the organized clay in parallel to the surface direction of the hose. SOLUTION: While a polymer is generally hydrophobic, clay is hydrophilic. Therefore, both are hot uniformly mixed together only by the polymer and the clay. However, mutual layers of organized clay 1 swell to a certain degree by forming the organized clay 1 by organizing the clay, and the polymer 2 enters between the layers. Therefore, the flow of fluid 9 such as air and liquid trying to pass through into a hose is cut off by the organized clay 1. Since the passage of the fluid 9 trying to flow in the polymer 2 is formed so as to meander through the mutual layers of the organized clay 1 oriented in the surface direction of the hose 61, the organized clay 1 is desirably oriented in parallel to the surface direction of the hose.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a clay composite material, having a clay mineral dispersed homogeneously in a polymer at the molecular level and excellent in mechanical strength and creeping resistance, and to provide a method for producing the clay composite material. SOLUTION: This composite material consists of a clay mineral 7 made organic by ionically combining an organic onium ion 6 having an unsaturated carbon chain of a carbon number of 6 or more with clay, a guest molecule 3 which has a polar group 30 in the molecule and an unsaturated carbon chain having a molecular length same as or longer than that of the organic onium ion and a crosslinking agent capable of forming a crosslinking between the unsaturated bond of the organic onium ion and the unsaturated bond of the guest molecule. The guest molecule is preferably an oligomer or a polymer having a molecular weight of 1000-100,000. The clay composite material is preferably kneaded into a rubber material.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the charge and discharge cycle life and the discharge capacity by preventing active materials from being separated from an electrode during charging or discharging through a process of forming binder for the electrode active materials by crosslinked elastomer. SOLUTION: In a binder, the suitable amount of addition agent for cross- linking reaction is added in elastomer, a network is formed by cross linking, elasticity is improved, and trapping and fixing force of active materials is improved. When elastomer has the double bond in a molecule, the cross-linking reaction is progressed by heat treatment under the presence of sulfur or a sulfuric compound. It is desirable that the adding amount of sulfur and sulfuric compounds is 4 to 10 pts.wt. in relation to elastomer or 100 pts.wt. The cross- linking reaction is progressed in relation to elastomer such as EPDM having the insufficient double bond by using organic peroxide. It is desirable that the adding amount of organic peroxide is 10 to 20 pts.wt. in relation to elastomer of 100 pts.wt.
