    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce costs, improve production operability, and downsize by improving the mount portion structure of the suspension member. SOLUTION: A cylinder holder 4 is provided at the head of a pipe arm 3 extending to a suspension member 2. The cylinder holder 4 is fitted with a rubber bush device 6 comprising an inner cylinder 61 and an outer cylinder 62 connected via a rubber elastic body. A shaft member 7 is pierced through a side frame 1, the rubber bush device 6, and a holder plate 8. The shaft member 7 is then fixed to the side frame 1 by fastening means 71 and 72 so as to sandwich the rubber bush device 6 from top and bottom with the side frame 1 and the holder plate 8. Further, a stopper member 81 made of rubber elastic body for receiving the lower edge of the cylinder holder 4 is provided on the outer periphery of the holder plate 8. In a mount portion structure of suspension member as described above, a flange portion 41 is formed on the lower edge of the cylinder holder 4 by hemming, thus making it the face contacting the stopper member 81.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce weight and lower manufacturing cost while enhancing the strength of a rear bumper, in a reinforcing structure of the rear bumper disposed on the vehicle rear side of an automobile.
      SOLUTION: Between a rear end part 27b of a longitudinal cross 27 and a rear bumper cover 31, an interposed member 40 is arranged interposed to nearly fill between these, and formed of a rectangular foamed resin molded product. This interposed member 40 is inserted into an insertion hole 23 provided to a lower back frame 22 in advance. If the rear bumper cover 31 is subjected to an external force and deformed elastically, the interposed member 40 deforms plastically in a state supported by the longitudinal cross 27. The interposed member 40 absorbs the deformation energy of the rear bumper cover 31 by this plastic deformation.

      SOLUTION: The vehicle seat slide device is provided with a lower rail 32 of a groove shape formed with a slit 321 upwardly opened along the longitudinal direction; an upper rail 31 of which a lower part is slidably arranged in the lower rail 32 and an upper part is projected to the outside of the lower rail 32 more than the slit 321; and a flexible mold 4 arranged so as to cover the slit 321 and allowing a slide of the upper rail 31 by being pressed by the upper rail 31 and upwardly deflected when the upper rail 31 slides. Seat placement surfaces 312a, 313a are formed at a lower position more than a tip end 42 of the mold 4 in the deflected state by being pressed by the upper rail 31. A projection 43 slide-contacting with a side surface of the upper rail 31 is formed on a back surface of the mold 4 such that it separates from the seat placement surfaces 312a, 313a when the mold 4 is pressed by the upper rail 31 and is deflected.
