摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor-driven power steering device allowing easy mounting and removal for replacement (enhanced easiness for the maintenance works) of a nut of a ball-and-screw mechanism on/from the rotary shaft of an electric motor. SOLUTION: A nut 21 of a ball-and-screw mechanism 20 is arranged coaxially with respect to the rotary shaft 11 of a motor 10 installed rotatably relative to a housing 40 and not movable in the axial direction, and the screw shaft 22 of the mechanism 20 serves as a steering shaft 30, and the output from the rotary shaft 11 is transmitted to the steering shaft 30 through the mechanism 20. In this motor-driven power steering device, the nut 21 is coupled with the rotary shaft 11 in such a way as capable of transmitting the torque and not movable in the axial direction using a cylindrical holder 51 fixed to the periphery of the rotary shaft 11 at its one end to accommodate the nut 21 in such a way as capable of setting in and removing in the axial direction and a fixture 52 installed at one end of the holder 51 in such a way as capable of mounting and removing to fix the accommodated nut 21 in such a way as not movable in the axial direction with respect to one end of the rotary shaft 11.

摘要： PURPOSE:To allow pressure to be relieved without any effect upon various factors of gears at the time of depressurization in a power steering device where hydraulic pressure assisting action of a powercylinder is caused to be lowered at the time of turning a steering wheel to an allowable steering limit angle. CONSTITUTION:A threaded section 27 is formed on the outer surface of an input shaft 2, and an end detection ring 28 is screwed to the section 27 is such a way as to be slidable but incapable of turning in the axial direction of the shaft 2. A cam section 30 having a tapered surface is provided at both ends of the external surface of the ring 28. Also, a housing 1 is provided with a bypass passage 41 bypassing a feed port 15 and an exhaust port 25 for supplying and delivering the pressure oil of a servo valve 7. In addition, a valve cylinder 33 and a spool valve 32 with a ball 35 fixed as a cam follower are provided in the bypass passage 41.

摘要： PURPOSE:To cope with factor change such as the change of a gear ratio by the simple change of parts or the like in the oil pressure relief mechanism for a power steering. CONSTITUTION:An input shaft 2 forming a servo valve is provided with a worm 23. A cylindrical sleeve 11 is provided at a part of a housing 5 and near the part provided with the worm 23. This sleeve 11 is provided with communicating passages 111, 111' connected to a supply port 51 and a discharge port 52. A shaft 12 with a worm wheel 13 to be meshed with the worm 23 is provided in the sleeve 11. The outer peripheral part of the shaft 12 is provided with cutout grooves 121 in such a way as to correspond to the communicating passages 111, 111'. The change of a steering system can be thereby coped with by changing the width of the cutout grooves 121 provided on the shaft 12. The shafts 12 with different groove widths are therefore prepared, and the factor change can be coped with only by changing these shafts 12.

SOLUTION: An initial motor temperature θMO which is the temperature of a motor as a heating part at the time of a reference τ0 is estimated from the temperature θC of a torque detecting coil detected by a temperature detecting circuit of a torque detection device disposed near the motor, a motor temperature rise amount Δθ for that at the time of the reference is estimated from the integrated value of a motor current value I from the time of the reference, and a motor temperature θM is estimated as the sum of the initial motor temperature and temperature rise amount. If the estimated motor temperature exceeds a reference temperature θREF, a target motor current value I is reduced smaller than the reference temperature θREF to prevent the motor temperature from exceeding an upper limit temperature θLIMIT.

摘要： PURPOSE:To perform high-efficient relief operation by a method wherein the hydraulic relief mechanism of a power steering device is constituted to cope with variation of a gear ratio only through variation of a cam part even when the gear ratio is varied and reduce incurring of a pressure loss. CONSTITUTION:Cam parts 32 and 33 synchronized with a time when steering of a steering handle is ended are arranged to a rack shaft 3 geared with a pinion gear. A push rod 2 making contact with the cam parts 32 and 33 is provided. A flexible shaft 4 to transmit operation of the push rod 2 to the spool 11 of a relief valve 1 is provided. A cartridge type sleeve 12 to contain a spool 11 and so on is provided and the sleeve 12 is arranged to a housing 5. A port 121 connected to a feed port and a port 122 connected to a discharge port are formed in the sleeve 12. Further, a recessed groove 123 in which the head 111 of the spool 11 is contained when steering is completed is provided.
