摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To mitigate thrust force acting on a turning scroll while abolishing a pressure regulating valve. SOLUTION: A back pressure chamber 117 for introducing a high pressure refrigerant delivered from a delivery hole 112c is formed in a bearing box 112d for rotatably connecting a turning scroll 112 to a crank part 115a, and the back pressure chamber 117 and a suction chamber 113 side (the suction side) are airtightly partitioned by a first seal member 118a. Thus, since delivery pressure acting from the back face side of the turning scroll 112 becomes only a part corresponding to the back pressure chamber 117, back thrust force by pressure of the back pressure chamber 117 can be prevented from becoming larger than compressive thrust force by compressive reaction so that the compressive thrust force can be mitigated while abolishing the pressure regulating valve.

摘要： PURPOSE:To safely receive torque transmitted between a driving bush and a driving shaft and between a counterweight and the driving shaft at the time of starting and stopping, in a compressor in which the counterweight is formed as a constitutional part independent of the drive shaft and the driving bush. CONSTITUTION:A driving bush 36 and a counterweight 35 are connected so as not to relatively rotate, and a circular counterbore 35b fitted to float into a large contour part internal end 33a of a driving shaft 33 is formed in the counterweight 35. In this counterbore 35b, a play fit clearance is set in order to permit a limited adjusting turn about an eccentric pin 34 relating to the counterweight 35 and the driving bush 36, and a fine difference generated in a relative position relation between both volute units 23, 42 is absorbed by the counterweight 35 with the drive bush 36. At the time of starting and stopping a compressor, force according to collision by transmission torque is suitably received by contact of circular arc surface between the counterbore 35b and the large contour part internal end 33a.

The valve element 29 containing in a floating state in the containing hole 26 is moved between a closing position where, as shown by a solid line, the valve element makes contact with the discharge port 25 and the bottom 263 of the containing hole 26 to close the discharge port 25 and an opening position where, as shown by a chain line, the valve element makes contact with the snap clip 30 to open the discharge port 25.

摘要： PURPOSE: To provide an oil feeding structure of a compressor, capable of feeding a specified position with lubricating oil in a simple oil feeding passage structure. CONSTITUTION: A compressor housing is composed of a center housing 1 and a motor housing 4 joined together. A lubricating oil sump 35, where lubricating oil remains staying, is formed in this motor housing 4. With differential pressure lying between a high pressure storage chamber 32 and a low pressure suction port 25, lubricating oil in the lubricating oil sump 35 is mixed in suction refrigerant gas via a lower interconnecting port 36, an oil feeding passage 40 and an upper communicating port 37, and thus this oil is fed to each sliding part. This oil feeding passage 40 is formed in use of a joined part between both these housings 1 and 4. In brief, a ring groove is formed in an end face 2a of the center housing 1, and this ring groove is closed by an end face 5a of the motor housing 4, forming a closed space, through which the oil feeding passage 40 is formed up.

SOLUTION: Lubricating oil reserved in an oil reserving room 39 formed at the bottom of an electric motor part 6 in the form of being separated from compressed fluid is guided through an inside oil supply hole 50 to a mounting hole 49 in a main bearing 11 with the operation of discharge pressure. The lubricating oil flows through the bearing 11 to a compressor part 3 and is fed through lubricating oil grooves 51, 46 to an oil supply hole 45 in a rotation axis 8 to lubricate and cool a needle bearing 13 or the like, whereby the height of the projecting part 41 of a middle housing 4 axially projecting from the compressor part 3 side to the electric motor part 6 can be reduced and so the whole axial length can be shortened. Since the lubricating oil was conventionally guided through an inside oil supply hole 43 to a through-hole 42 in the rotation axis 8, it was not possible to reduce the height of the projecting part 41.

The abrasion-resistant race 17 is rotated by the substrate 8a during the turning motion of the moving scroll member 8, and the friction resistance of sliding surfaces is reduced.
