    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable durability of a die for die-casting of a cylinder block 1, i.e., duration of a life of the die to be enhanced while enabling a mass of the die to be reduced, regarding a blow-by gas reducing device 2 for separating oil contained in blow-by gas and allowing the blow-by gas to be suppliable to an engine air intake system.SOLUTION: An oil separator chamber 3 for separating oil contained in blow-by gas is provided at an outside of a side wall of a cylinder block 1. The oil separator chamber 3 is formed of: a frame-shaped standing wall 4 provided at the side wall of the cylinder block 1 so as to open toward the outside; and a lid-shaped member 5 attached to an outside opening of the frame-shaped standing wall 4. A passage (6c) is provided at a thick part of the side wall of the cylinder block 1 so as to open toward the outside. At least a portion of a peripheral wall of the passage (6c) in a circumferential direction is integrally formed with the frame-shaped standing wall 4.
