    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent invasion of dust inside a rail by rotatably mounting a coil spring at a front end or rear end or both ends of a slider, having width larger than an opening and self-restoring force in the winding direction. SOLUTION: A coil spring 10 is rotatably secured to a holder 9 at a front end and a rear end of a slider. The coil spring is made by winding a sheet spring material, having a width slightly larger than an opening 3 of a rail 2, into a coil, and has self-restoring force in the winding direction. Both ends of a pin 11 are rotatably supported to a holder 9. One end of the coil spring 10 is integrally provided with hooks 13 that engage with a side face of the rail 2 from left and right sides of a bent portion 12 and the hooks 13 are engaged so. A drawn portion of the coil spring 10 substantially contacts with a bottom end of a lip 4 formed at an edge portion of the opening 3 to cover the opening 3 from downside. With this configuration, invasion of dust and the like inside the rail can be prevented.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate manufacture and assembling work by forming a structure for housing a seat by reversing in the car width direction. SOLUTION: One end part of a link 11 is respectively journalled to one end side corresponding wall surface or the peripheral member in the car width direction in an upper part of a front wall surface 6a and a rear wall surface 6b of a recessed part 6 of a seat cushion 3, and the other end part of the link 11 is journalled to the reverse side of respective intermediate parts of a front face 3a and a rear face 3b of the seat cushion 3. A roller 17 for slidingly engaging with a rail 7 is arranged on the other end side of the front face 3a and the rear face 3b of the seat cushion 3, and a stopper mechanism 13 for setting one end side of the seat cushion 3 to the other end side almost same height position in a sitting state and a housing state is arranged on one end side. Thus, since the seat cushion 3 is formed as a structure of being housed by reversing in the car width direction, looseness is hardly caused even if a car body receives inertial force in the longitudinal direction, so that a housing structure can be easily manufactured and assembled.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a sheet which enables the bonding of members within a very short time by magnetic induction heating by sticking a specified powder to at least either surface of a thermoplastic resin sheet. SOLUTION: A conductive powder (e.g. iron powder) is stuck to at least either surface of a thermoplastic resin sheet (e.g. PE sheet). The sheet for bonding is used, for example, in producing an automotive ceiling material by setting a resin board, as a base material, molded in the form of an automotive ceiling on the bottom tool 11 of an electromagnetic compression die 10, laying the sheet 3 for bonding and a nonwoven polyester fabric as a skin material on the resin board, descending the top force 12, pressing the nonwoven polyester cloth against the resin board through the sheet 3, and applying electromagnetic waves to the assemblage to instantaneously heat the conductive powder and to thereby soften the thermoplastic resin sheet to bond the resin board to the cloth 5.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To omit a roof pad by molding a main part of a rear surface of a basic material made of heated and fused fiber web in which specific weight % of low melting point fiber having a melting point in a specific scope is mixed into the shape in which is adheres to a roof panel closely and forming a wiring and piping groove. SOLUTION: A basic material 2 is composed of heated and fused fiber web in which 30 to 50weight% of low melting point fiber having a melting point of 110 to 160 deg.C is mixed, and surface skin material 3 made of fiber woven fabric, polyurethane leather, or the like is bonded on a surface of the basic material 2 through a heat sensitive adhesive layer 4 such as polyethylene film, or the like. When a low melting point fiber web layer 5 is lined on a rear surface of the basic material 2 and a main part of the rear surface thereof is molded into the shape in which it adheres to a roof panel 7 closely, a wiring and piping groove 6 in which a wire 8 or a pipe is inserted is formed on the rear surface of the basic material 2. Consequently, it is possible to omit a roof pad.
