摘要： PURPOSE: To improve the reliability on a vacuum valve and stabilize the break performance. CONSTITUTION: This is a vacuum valve where a pair of electrodes 6 and 7 are provided capably of contact and break through a pair of conductive shafts 8 and 9 for electrically connecting with outside within the vacuum container 1 wherein both ends of an insulating tube 2 are sealed with metallic plates 21. A projection 21 a is made within the vacuum container of this metallic plate 21, and a getter 14 containing gas adsorbent is arranged at this projection 21a.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To fill a fine air gap of a tightening part, increase a contact area, reduce an electric and thermal contact resistance, restrain heat generation, and improve thermal conductivity by applying a solvent having a specific conductivity on a bonding face of a main circuit current conducting member tightening part, tightening with a specific hardness or less, and drying, and hardening. SOLUTION: A clamp 6 connected to a flexible conductor 7 is dried and hardened after a solvent 9 having a conductivity below 10 Ωm or less in resistance is applied and hardness of the solvent 9 is 40Hv or less in the status of which the clamp is tightened to a movable contact conductive shaft 18 with bolts. Thereby, the hardened solvent 9 is filled in a gap at a screw contact part of both parties. In addition, this is performed similarly at a tightening part between a fixed contact conductive shaft and a conductive conductor. A conductive thin film of 50 micrometers or less in thickness and 40Hv or less in hardness may be employed in place of the solvent 9, and the main component of this thin film and the coating 9 is preferably Ag. Preferably, a movable contact conductive shaft 18 or the like is made of a copper material, and the coating 9 is made of a silver filler and a synthetic resin binder.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a protective film having rust preventive performance without preprocessing such as removal of the oil content and removal of rust by applying special paint to a metallic enclosing part of a vacuum vessel. SOLUTION: In a vacuum valve, a fixed electrode 5 and a movable electrode 6 are oppositely arranged in a vacuum vessel 4 having a metallic enclosing part so as to freely contact with and separate from each other. The metallic enclosing part is composed of a fixed side metallic end plate 2 and a movable side metallic end plate 3, and the following processing is performed. A protective film is formed on outside surfaces of the fixed side and movable side metallic end plates 2 and 3 by applying it by 1μm or more by using paint using stearic acid type fatty acid metallic soap as a thickening agent by using positive paraffin whose main raw material is wool oil as base oil without preprocessing. The fact that water is repelled is confirmed. It is desirable that the film is applied by 20μm or more to permanently have rust prevention in a corrosive environment.
