SOLUTION: This device is provided for testing a cast article formed by embedding in an insulating layer 7 an electric member such as a vacuum valve which has a pair of separable contacts 2 and 3. When the diameter of a main circuit conductor such as a movable-side energization shaft 5 which is led out from the cast article is made ϕ1 and the diameter of a lead wire 16 which impresses voltage on the main circuit conductor is made ϕ3, while the diameter of a connecting electrode 15 disposed between the lead wire 16 and the main circuit conductor is made ϕ2, the relations ϕ2>ϕ3>ϕ1 are established. In the resin casting apparatus, heaters 3, 4 are respectively provided in the base component storage tank 1 and the curing agent storage tank 2 so as to raise a resin temperature of the base component higher than that of the curing agent.
