    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a system operation pattern which allows a computer to eliminate the need for standing by in an integral condition, compose a device which needs no cooling fans and establish the constitution which reduces memory capacity.
SOLUTION: A scram timing recorder device is composed of a PIO 20 with a time tag composed of substrates housing the function of storing the condition changing time data for control rods per substrate, a controller 30 which needs neither magnetic discs nor cooling fans and the computer 40 which eliminates the necessity of high-speed arithmetic calculations. The condition changing time data of stroke signals is stored in a memory in the substrates of the PIO 20 with the time tag by a measurement starting signal SK, and a timer is actuated by a measurement time monitoring means 32 placed in the controller 30. When the timer measures the scheduled measurement time, the memory action of the memory 24 is stopped by the measurement time monitoring means 32. The condition changing time data stored in the memory 24 are captured in a measurement processing data means and are transmitted to the computer 40. After the condition changing time data are edited and processed by the computer 40, each coordinate of each control rod is displayed on a monitor 50.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten the maintenance time of a control device by performing the investigation of cause and the support of repair from a remote place other than a plant when the control device or the like within the plant fails. SOLUTION: A data collection device 120 collects each signal in an alarm generation such as dip pipe control device alarm output signal (i), recirculating flow control device alarm output signal (h), failure display signal (j), dip pipe control failure display signal (k) or the like in the data collection part of the device 120. This system has a means for setting the device 120 for inputting the maintenance information related to a control device where a failure has occurred to the power plant side on the spot and transmitting the maintenance information to a maintenance center or the like in a remote place, and a means for setting a data transmitter-receiver 121 for receiving and displaying the maintenance information from the power plant to the remote place side. The device 120 receives the maintenance information and alarm output signal from each control device including the control device set within the management area of a nuclear power plant and selectively transmits the maintenance information where the alarm is issued to the remote place.

    • PURPOSE:To suppress the elevation of the temperature of a resonant so as to obtain stable characteristic by using a silicon carbide ceramic (SiC), by which high frequency energy is absorbed, as a part of the wall of the resonant cavity. CONSTITUTION:A plate-shaped cavity wall 20 that forms a resonant cavity is made of copper, while a cylindrical cavity wall 21 is made of SiC which is a high frequency loss material. A conductor layer 23 is formed on a part of the inner surface of the cavity wall 21 made of SiC, and a part of the resonant cavity wall is thus formed along with SiC. The damping amount of copper and SiC is set to certain levels in such a way that the surface area ratios thereof are differed according to the required amount of microwave loss in each cavity. Since the SiC of the cavity wall is directly exposed to the outside of a vacuum atmosphere, heating efficiency is increased. The raise of the temperature is reduced thereby, and stable operational characteristic can be obtained.
