CONSTITUTION:A plurality of electrode members 12a-12c are provided at different heights in the inner surface part of a dewatering/washing tank 8, and a plurality of first electrode plates 14a-14c electrically connected with the electrode members 12a-12c respectively are provided at different positions at the upper end part of the dewatering/washing tank 8. In addition, a plurality of second electrode plates 17a-17c are provided at positions to be pairs with the first electrode plates 14a-14c at a non- rotary member 17 facing the upper end part of the dewatering/washing tank 8. Position detecting means are provided for detecting rotation positions of the dewatering/washing tank 8 at the positions where the first and second electrode plates face respectively, so a signal is received from the second electrode plate 17a-17c through a controller 18 when the water level supplied to the dewatering/washing tank 8 reaches the electrode member 12a-12c at the detecting position. Need of jetting water out of the tank can thus be eliminated to achieve a water saving effect, and a secure water level can be detected, thereby the washing performance can be achieved preferably.

    • PURPOSE:To prevent a refrigerant not evaporated from flowing into a compressor, by controlling a refrigeration cycle so that an action of evaporation of the refrigerant in an evaporator be secured, on the basis of the state of vibration of the refrigerant in a refrigerant piping from the evaporator to the compressor at the time when the refrigerant flows through. CONSTITUTION:In respect to a control in a control element 15, the quantity of a refrigerant to be introduced into an evaporator 7 is lessened by increasing the amount of restriction of an expansion valve, while an action of evaporation of the refrigerant in the evaporator 7 is secured by increasing the speed of rotation of a fan 11, when there is no vibration of 3kHz or above, for instance, on the basis of the result of detection by a vibration detecting element 13. When the vibration of 3kHz or above is removed, such a control as to make the vibration of 3kHz or above occur or not occur is executed, with a control reverse to the above executed, and thereby a refrigerating apparatus is operated in a maximum efficiency. According to this constitution, the state of evaporation of the refrigerant going to flow into a compressor can be detected quickly and the refrigerant not evaporated is prevented surely flowing into the compressor.

    • PURPOSE:To separate a light receiving part and a fitting part thermally and effectively and to improve the detection sensitivity and detection range by molding a pyroelectric film three-dimensionally, forming electrodes on the internal and external surfaces, and using the external surface electrode as an infrared-ray receiving part. CONSTITUTION:The detecting element is formed by a hemispherical three- dimensionally forming part made of a high polymer film with pyroelectricity and the flat plate type fitting part 1a. On the internal surface of the forming part 1, a conductive film which becomes a lower electrode 2 is adhered and has one end part formed up to the reverse surface of the fitting part 1a, and an upper electrode 3 is formed up to the top surface of the fitting part 1a. Therefore, the electrodes are easily led out. Then the part of the electrode part 3 becomes the infrared-ray receiving part and fitted to a sensor holding part 4 at the fitting part 1a. Thus, a space is provided on the reverse surface of the forming part 1 to separate the light receiving part 3 and holding part 4 thermally, and consequently the detection sensitivity is improved while the detection range 5 is widened by the hemispherical light receiving part.

CONSTITUTION:When the generation of steam is instructed by operating a steam generation command part, a microcomputer 19 first confirms that a steam flag is under an OFF state, displays the OFF state on a display part 5, and turns the steam flag on. Further, the microcomputer 19 controls the temperature of an iron base 4, controls the driving of a pump 7 with the required driving frequency according to on/off control for a transistor, and generates the required quantity of steam. Thus, since the driving frequency of the pump is adjusted according to the temperature of the iron base, the steam quantity can be controlled in detail as compared to a conventional iron in which the driving frequency is constant for each temperature zone regardless of the temperature of the iron base.

The power level supplied to the halogen lamps 3 is indicated on an LED indicator 44, and when an input-down switch 42 is operated to reduce the power supply (calorific amount) by '1', a microcomputer 57 gives instructions to a driving circuit 55 to transmit a gate signal to a triode AC switch 56 at a phase control angle at which the power supply to the lamps 3 drops to the minimum for ten seconds, and transmits a control signal to a driving circuit 53 for ten seconds. Thereby, the motor 30 and the fan 34 are revolved and the calorific amount given to the item to be heated is rapidly reduced.

CONSTITUTION:When given materials of bread are put into a container 1 and a start switch of operation part is on, a control 25 drives a motor 11 and turns a blade 13 to begin a kneading process of bread materials. When a time T has passed after the kneading begins, the output V0' of a gas sensor 23 is detected, and the resistance value R0' that is a reference value is calculated based on it. When the kneading process is completed and rotation of the motor 11 is stopped, and a fermentation process is begun, the control 25 keeps the temperature in the container 1 at a given temperature to fermentate for a given time by energization control to a heater 3, then drives the motor 11 to degass twice for a given time, and the first fermentation and the second one are performed. Next, in molding fermentation, the control 25 detects the resistance value RH of a gas sensor calculated based on the output VH of a fermentation sensor at all time, and when the ratio RH/R0' to the reference value reaches to the set value, mold fermentation is completed and the last baking process is begun.

CONSTITUTION:Four halogen lamps are assembled in a heating device 7 arranged below a top plate 5 so as to radiate rays ranging from a near infra-red ray to a far infra-red ray. The top plate 5 is formed by material which may easily pass the infra-red rays radiated by the halogen lamps 9, for example, a heat-resistant glass or the like and then a heating item P is mounted on the glass. A light receiving sensor 13 for receiving the infra-red ray is arranged at a side part of the heating device 7 below the top plate 5 and is set in such a direction as one capable of receiving the infra-red ray reflecting against a bottom part of the heating item P. In this way, since the presence or absence of the heating item P is detected so that it is possible to perform the most appropriate controlling operation in response to the output of this sensing operation, and a comfortable feeling in operation can be assured and at the same time a useless power consumption can be prevented.
