    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information recording medium in which address information is recorded so that information can be recorded or replayed on a track targeted at the time of record or replay while enhancing the track density.SOLUTION: An information recording medium has a substrate 4 and a plurality of tracks 269 to 273 formed on the substrate 4.
