摘要： PURPOSE:To allow the effective diagnosis of the remaining service life of insulator in an electric equipment operated at a specified high temperature or above by making a decision whether increasing rate of AC current per unit time has exceeded a predetermined level or whether a time has elapsed for the AC current to increase by a specific factor from initial level. CONSTITUTION:Conductor 1 of a bar coil is produced by applying nickel plating to electrolytic copper and lining with an insulator 2, i.e., an alumina cloth, applying alumina silicate to the end part of a ground electrode 3 for measuring dielectric characteristics to form a stress cone, and then hardening under same conditions as primary hardening. Furthermore, alumina cloth is wound around the bar coil over the entire length thereof while applying alkyl silicate thereto thus forming an electrode protective layer 5. AC current flowing through the inorganic coil insulator in an electric appliance, employing such bar coil and operating under high temperature environment of 300 deg.C or above, is then monitored on-line at a predetermined time interval in order to detect increasing tendency of AC current thus preventing dielectric breakdown.

摘要： PURPOSE:To enable diagnosis of a highly accurate analysis of deterioration in the insulation, by applying an AC voltage as external energy in the release of the residual charge to ensure the release thereof sufficiently and in a short time. CONSTITUTION:After a switch 2 is set to the DC power source position to apply a DC voltage of 10-20kV to a sample cable 1 for about 10 minute and then, set to the ground position to discharge the residual charge for one minute. Then, the switch 2 is changed over to the test transformer 5 position to adjust a slide transformer 6 so that the voltage will boost to the maximum from zero at a fixed speed. Then, a fine direct current flowing through a cable 1 is detected with a detection resistance 7 and after the removal of AC components with a reduction filter 8, it is inputted into a Y terminal of an X-Y recorder 9 while a tertiary voltage of the transformer 5 is inputted into the X terminal of the recorder 9 through an AC transducer 10. Then, the output voltage of the transformer 5 is raised to the maximum from zero by adjusting the slide transformer 6 and then, lowered to zero to measure the released current value of an AC electric field. This enables simple diagnosis of the deterioration in the water tree at a high accuracy and in a short time.

摘要： PURPOSE:To shorten test time with a higher operability, by arranging an AC testing function section composed of a measuring section having a function of measuring an AC induction tangent value and an electrostatic capacitance value and an input/output display section to an interface section connected together with an optical fiber. CONSTITUTION:A system control section 1 is made up of an input terminal 1b and display output system terminal devices 1c-1e centering around a control circuit 1a and these input and output terminals are connected to the control circuit 1a to enable the transferring of data. The control circuit 1a is connected to an interface section 2 in such manner as to enable bi-directional data communication. An AC testing function section 3 is made up of an AC test measuring section 3a and an input/output display section 3b, which are connected to each other with an optical fiber 3e. The measuring section 3a is electrically insulated completely from the input/output display section 3b and has a function of measuring an AC induction tangent value and an electrostatic capacitance value thereby enabling a reduction in test time and a labor saving with a better operability.

摘要： PURPOSE:To forecast timing of a dielectric breakdown as well, by connecting a voltage analysis function section and an S plane analysis function section to an output terminal of an automatic voltage adjustor while a control circuit or an interface section is connected to another insulation test measuring device. CONSTITUTION:A control circuit 1 is connected to a terminal 2 for input and output, an interface section 3 and an S plane analysis function section 4 to enable mutual data communication. The interface section 3 is also connected to an automatic voltage adjustor 5 and a voltage-charge analysis measuring device section 6 to enable bi-directional data communication. Moreover, the control circuit 1 or the interface section 3 is made connectable to another insulation measuring device 11. In this manner, this realizes a reduction in testing time and a labor saving for input with a better operability thereby facilitating the processing of a test data and evaluation of the state of insulation while permitting the forecasting of timing of a dielectric breakdown and integration with another insulation tester.

Moreover, another insulation tester 4 is connected to the interface section 3 and an additional one 4' is connected to the control circuit 1a separately to enable mutual transmission of information. This permits integration with other insulation testers to test.

The control section 2 has a control circuit 2a and a terminal 2e for input such as keyboard connected thereto 2a and a monitor 2b such a plasma display or the like, a printer 2c and a plotter 2d in a display output system. This achieves a reduction in test time and a labor saving for input thereby enabling measurement and evaluation of deterioration in insulation by several test methods with one device.
