摘要： PURPOSE:To shorten test time with a higher operability, by arranging an AC testing function section composed of a measuring section having a function of measuring an AC induction tangent value and an electrostatic capacitance value and an input/output display section to an interface section connected together with an optical fiber. CONSTITUTION:A system control section 1 is made up of an input terminal 1b and display output system terminal devices 1c-1e centering around a control circuit 1a and these input and output terminals are connected to the control circuit 1a to enable the transferring of data. The control circuit 1a is connected to an interface section 2 in such manner as to enable bi-directional data communication. An AC testing function section 3 is made up of an AC test measuring section 3a and an input/output display section 3b, which are connected to each other with an optical fiber 3e. The measuring section 3a is electrically insulated completely from the input/output display section 3b and has a function of measuring an AC induction tangent value and an electrostatic capacitance value thereby enabling a reduction in test time and a labor saving with a better operability.

摘要： PURPOSE:To forecast timing of a dielectric breakdown as well, by connecting a voltage analysis function section and an S plane analysis function section to an output terminal of an automatic voltage adjustor while a control circuit or an interface section is connected to another insulation test measuring device. CONSTITUTION:A control circuit 1 is connected to a terminal 2 for input and output, an interface section 3 and an S plane analysis function section 4 to enable mutual data communication. The interface section 3 is also connected to an automatic voltage adjustor 5 and a voltage-charge analysis measuring device section 6 to enable bi-directional data communication. Moreover, the control circuit 1 or the interface section 3 is made connectable to another insulation measuring device 11. In this manner, this realizes a reduction in testing time and a labor saving for input with a better operability thereby facilitating the processing of a test data and evaluation of the state of insulation while permitting the forecasting of timing of a dielectric breakdown and integration with another insulation tester.

The control section 1 is provided to control the equipment as a whole and is made up of a monitor 1b such as a CRT display, a plasma display or the like, a terminal 1c for a general keyboard, mouse and the like, a printer 1d and a plotter 1e centering around a control circuit 1a such as personal computer. Moreover, another insulation tester 4 is connected to the interface section 3 and an additional one 4' is connected to the control circuit 1a separately to enable mutual transmission of information. This permits integration with other insulation testers to test.

摘要： PURPOSE:To perform several types of insulation tests with one device, by connecting a first insulating function section to a system control section through an interface section to allow mutual communication of information so that mutual information communication is made possible with a second insulating function section not through the interface section. CONSTITUTION:A DC testing function section 1, a first partial discharge testing function section 3, an AC testing function section 4 and a voltage adjustor 7 are connected to a system control section 2 through an interface section 5. A second partial discharge testing function section 6 is connected to the system control section 2 by a separate system not through the interface section 5. The control section 2 has a control circuit 2a and a terminal 2e for input such as keyboard connected thereto 2a and a monitor 2b such a plasma display or the like, a printer 2c and a plotter 2d in a display output system. This achieves a reduction in test time and a labor saving for input thereby enabling measurement and evaluation of deterioration in insulation by several test methods with one device.

摘要： PURPOSE:To detect only a true external defect on an outer layer of a CV cable by adding a live pickup signal and a differential signal thereof within an image processor. CONSTITUTION:A control circuit 10 sequentially switches video signals 1'-4' which are pickup signals of pickup cameras 1-4 by a video switch 11 and feeds the signals as time series signals to an image processor 12. Each pickup signal is processed in the processor 12 and displayed on a display CRT 13. The circuit 10 controls illumination by an illuminating device 5 via an illuminating device controlling part 14. At the same time, when an external defect is detected by the processor 12, a defect detecting signal is sent out from the processor 12 to the circuit 10 and as a consequence, a buzzer 15 is sounded and a patrol light 16 is turned ON. In this manner, only a true external defect on an outer layer of a CV cable X can be correctly detected.

CONSTITUTION:When arc is caused due to a dielectric breakdown at a certain point of a power cable 1, an electromagnetic wave is radiated and received with an antenna device 31 near a breakdown point to send a power to detectors 30 through a lead 32. In this case, the detector 30 plays a role of optically coupling an outgoing optical fiber 21 and an incoming optical fiber 22. When an electromagnetic wave due to arc is generated, an optical pulse and an identification pulse already inputted into the fiber 21 are transmitted to the fiber 22 and received with a pulse counter 42 and an arithmetic unit 6 to determine the position of the dielectric breakdown between the detectors 30 and 30 from the state such as waveform geometry of the optical pulse and a distance to the detectors from reflection time of the identification pulse. Thus, a correct fault point can be detected.
