    • PURPOSE:To obtain a heat-resistant insulated coil for high voltage which is able to be used for a long duration stably at high temperature and is not deteriorated by heating cycles by coiling up a mica tape prepared by sticking an inorganic reinforcing material with an adhesive of an inorganic silicone or an inorganic paint while applying an inorganic silicone or inorganic paint to a conductor and firing them and making them inorganic. CONSTITUTION:A conductor 1 is composed of a flat square wire of copper 2 reinforced by dispersion of nickel-coated alumina and a mica tape 3 consisting of a silica cloth and a soft and not sintered collecting mica sheet stuck to the cloth with a small amount of silicone adhesive and being coiled on the copper. After the conductor 1 is coiled up into a pancake-like shape, it is shaped using an inorganic adhesive 4 such as an alkyl silicate-based inorganic silicone containing an inorganic filler, alumina, etc. Further a mica tape 5 composed of an inorganic filler-containing inorganic silicone and a pressure-sensitive silicone adhesive applied to the inorganic silicone is coiled on the conductor and the resulting product is fired at >=300 deg.C to make it inorganic and then an inorganic insulating tape bearing no adhesive 6 is coiled on the obtained conductor to give a heatresistant insulated coil.

    • PURPOSE:To realize an operating state where lubricant is not mixed into chlorofluors carbon(CFC) 123 and to suppress degradation of dielectric strength of insulated wire by employing a magnetic bearing which can float the shaft of an electric rotating machine or a gas bearing. CONSTITUTION:A motor employing a magnetic bearing comprising an electromagnet for producing a magnetic field around the bearing or a gas bearing for producing a gas pressure as the shaft rotates, wherein a polyesteramideimide insulated wire is employed in the stator wiring, is driven under a state where the winding is immersed in CFC 123 mixed with no lubricant of refrigerator. Since the shaft of an electric rotating machine is floated by the magnetic force of magnetic bearing or the gas pressure of gas bearing, no load is exerted on the bearing which thereby does not burn but rotate normally even under a state where lubricant or refrigerator oil is not mixed with CFC 123. Furthermore, an insulated wire which is inexpensive, provides high workability and scarcely causes deterioration of insulation can be employed.

    • PURPOSE:To prevent the damage on a function as an insulating sheet even when it is heated and pressed and to prevent the occurrence of wire movement by a method wherein an insulating sheet, which is obtained by impregnating and coating the sheet with a thermosetting resin and perfectly hardening it and then spreading a second thermosetting resin on that, followed by drying to a semi-hardening state, is inserted among wound layers of a superconductive wire and it is hardened by heating after winding them. CONSTITUTION:A reinforcement 11 consisting of glass fibers is impregnated and coated with a first thermosetting resin 12 and it is perfectly hardened. Further, the reinforcement 11 is impregnated and coated with a second thermosetting resin 13 and it is dried to a semi-hardening state, thereby obtaining an insulating sheet 14, The content of total thermosetting resin is 40 - 60 wt.%, and it is preferable to that the first thermosetting resin 12 is 10 - 30 wt.%, and the second resin 13 is 10 - 50 wt.%. While inserting the insulating sheet 14 among wound layers of a superconductive wire, the superconductive wire 17 made by coating a surface of a conductor 15 with an electrical insulator 16 is wound in order, after which it is hardened by heating so as to bond the superconductive wires 17 each other and to bond the superconductive wire 17 and a winding frame 18.

    • PURPOSE:To prevent temperature rise of a lead pipe which is located in the upper and lower sections of a cooling duct and to raise insulation reliability by constituting a lead pipe with synthetic resin and providing a hole to the lead pipe so that insulating gas which is filled in a tank may circulate. CONSTITUTION:A lead pipe 15 of a cooling duct is constituted with a thermoplastic and thermosetting synthetic resin such as epoxy resin which corporates insulating inorganic or organic fiber and particle filler, and is formed in one- piece construction with metal fitting section 14. A hollow insulation tube 16 penetrates a hole of lead pipe 15 then is fixed to the lead pipe 15 by jigs 17a and 17b in the both sides. The pipe 15 is connected to an external cooler and the insulation tube 16 opens to a tank which contains insulating gas. According to this constitution, cooling efficiency of refrigerant which flows in the lead pipe is greatly improved and a foil-wrapped transformer of high insulating and reliability for many hours operation can be acquired.
