In this case, a bearing housing 37 contg. the upper bearing 35 is freely vibrationally supported like a pendulum around the center O of the bearing, and a bearing housing 38 contg. the lower bearing 36 is supported through plural buffer mechanisms 41 in which a coil spring 39 and an oil damper 40 are provided in parallel.

    • PURPOSE:To avoid welding deformation in liquid reserving part and improve dimensional accuracy and fabrication capability by forming upper lid and bottom plate as a whole without seam and arranging a medium strengthening ring to connect the inner body and outer body. CONSTITUTION:After connecting upper outer body 12, medium strengthening ring 10 and outer body 4 to a horizontal upper lid 1 with butt welding, supply and drain pipes and air sending pipe 9 and the like arranging in annular space are connected at the boundary of pipe stage 8 on the lower surface side of the upper lid 1. Then, upper inner body 11 and inner body 3 are butt welded and finally the bottom plate 2 is fixed with butt welding slantingly to the horizontal surface to form an annular space and constitute an annular tank 21. In this constitution, as the ring 10 has a double purpose of a rag support plate ring 5, welding and machining of ring 5 are omitted and so fabrication capability increases and material loss is reduced. And as the upper lid 1 and the bottom plate 2 are formed in one, the generation of lack is eliminated and strength along the periphery becomes almost even. Furthermore, due to the reduction of welding lines, fabrication deformation is eliminated and thus fabrication accuracy is improved.

CONSTITUTION:When connecting directly between each of sealing sections 7 of a hollow yarn membrane module 2, constituted with a plurality of hollow yarns bundled around the outer circumference of a hollow supporting material 4, both ends of which are fixed with sealing sections 7, with a connecting cylinder 105 directly, a ring section 107 is protruded in the center of the axial direction of the connecting cylinder 105, and an orifices 106 is formed in the center of the ring section 107. The inner diameter (d) of the orifice 106 is provided some what larger than that of a supporting component 4. By such arrangement, generation of vortexes is controlled by the commutation effect of the orifice 106 and pressure loss is decreased. Also, section modules of the connecting tube 105 is increased to enhance mechanical strength.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nuclear fuel replacement device for performing replacement work of a fuel assembly and reactor-core internal structure in a short period of time. SOLUTION: This nuclear fuel replacement device comprises a traveling carriage traveling on a rail track 18 provided above a nuclear reactor pressure vessel 15, a traversing carriage moving on the traveling carriage in a direction perpendicular to the track, and a fuel gripper 9 mounted on multi-stage extension masts 1 and 2 hung down from the traversing carriage for performing insertion and extraction of the fuel assembly 13 with respect to the pressure vessel, and adapted to load the fuel assembly to the pressure vessel and extract it therefrom. The extension masts are each given an upper/lower two-part structure comprising upper mast parts 1a, 1b, 1c, ... and lower mast parts 2a, 2b, 2c, .... The fuel gripper is moved up and down while the upper mast parts are used to guide the lower mast parts. When handling the fuel assembly, the construction of upper/lower two-part type masts dispenses with speed reduction at each joint between mast stages as seen in relevant art. When earthquake waveform measured by a seismometer 36 is inputted to an ON-OFF waveform generator 37 and the value of wave height exceeds the reference value (a), this generator 37 is turned-on. From a point of this time, volt is impressed to the electrodes 42, 45 of an oil film damper 40 at about 10 seconds T via the driving power source 38. Thereby, since attenuation constant is made large, response of the rotor is made small. When earthquake is put down, impression of voltage to the oil film damper 40 is turned-off. Since the attenuation constant is made small, the rotary shaft returns to the ordinary supporting conditions.
