    • PURPOSE:To suppress the mixing of noises into electrodes and to obtain the highly accurate detected output by forming the electrode which is connected to the high impedance side of a signal processing circuit among a pair of the electrodes of a response part on the side which is separated from the circuit. CONSTITUTION:The AC voltage from an AC voltage source 2 is divided through a capacitor 4 and a capacitance-type response part 5. When moisture is absorbed into a response film through an upper electrode 6 of on the response film, the dielectric constant and the capacitance are changed, and the divided voltage at the response part 5 is changed. The divided voltage at the response part 5 is outputted as the DC voltage value through an operation amplifier 14, a diode 16 and a smoothing capacitor 17. Thus, the humidity is detected. At this time, the electrode 6 which is connected to the high-impedance side in a signal processing circuit is formed on the side of an upper part which is separated from the circuit. Therefore, the mixing of noises into the electrode 6 from the circuit is suppressed to the minimum degree, and the highly accurate detected output is obtained.

CONSTITUTION:A selection key 23 is used to drive an oven fan 16 and a heater 18. The fan 16 and the heater 18 come to a halt at that time when a temperature sensor 25 reaches a preheating temperature. In T seconds, the value V10 of a gas sensor is detected. A cake material 1 is mounted on a heating base 3, when a start key is depressed to start heating. When the temperature sensor 25 detects ta, the fan 16 and the heater 18 come to a halt again. In T seconds, the value of the sensor 15 Vta is detected where V=V1a/Vto is computed. When it is V>=x, it is judged to be a bound cake or a sponge cake with a small surface area where heating is continued at an additional higher temperature. This construction makes it possible to control heating/cooking with higher accuracy with a single key, responding to the type of food.

    • PURPOSE:To improve stability of an operation by connecting a triac for an alternating current input control directly to a switching control circuit of a switching regulator and a secondary-side rectifier circuit thereof in a power source device of a household electric appliance. CONSTITUTION:A primary-side rectifier circuit is constructed of a diode 24 and a capacitor 13. The cathode of a triac 3 is connected directly to one end 25 of an alternating-current input, the low-potential side 26 of a switching control circuit 16 and the high-potential side 23 of a direct-current output in secondary-side rectifier circuits 18 and 19. Thus, the triac 3 is driven directly and operation in a firing mode to be prohibited is prevented. Since a potential difference between the low-potential side of the control circuit 16 and the high- potential side of the secondary-side direct-current output is eliminated, moreover, detection signals of the secondary-side direct-current voltage, an overvoltage, an overcurrent, etc., are transmitted directly to a gate drive circuit 15 without an isolation circuit. Accordingly, a delay time of the detection signals is shortened and stability of the operation is improved.

A part of the film 3 is patterned as a staircase shape on the film 2 at the connecting part of both films. An intersecting part 4a with the end surface part of the film 2 is formed of the staircase shaped part 3a. The film 2 and the film 3 other than the staircase part 3a include an upper electrode guiding part 7a. The upper surfaces are made flush. An upper electrode 7 is formed on the film 3. The guiding part 7a is made to extend on the film 2, and a pad part 8 is formed on this part. Thus, the breakdown of the guiding part 7a is positively prevented, and the high yield and the high reliability can be realized.

CONSTITUTION:A groove 6 is formed on an insulating substrate 4 comprising an Si substrate 1, an Si oxide film 2 and an Si nitride film 3 with opposed inner wall surfaces at an angle almost perpendicular to a reference surface thereof 4. Then, a gold film 11 is accumulated thereon to form electrodes 7 and 8 by etching in a specified pattern. Subsequently, a gelatinous moisture sensitive high polymer substance is applied thereon, then, hardened by ultraviolet rays and a sensitive body 9 is formed by patterning to obtain a photosensitive element 10. As moisture in the atmosphere is absorbed directly by the sensitive body 9, the element 10 thus obtained can detect moisture of the atmosphere accurately depending on changes in the dielectric constant thereof, namely, those in the capacitance of a capacitor formed at the portion of the groove 6.
