Between each fixed contact B of changeover switches 19a to 19e and electrodes 14a to 14e AC power sources 20a to 20e, which are auxiliary power sources, are respectively connected. In the condition where AC voltage or pulsating DC voltage is applied across electrodes 13a to 13e and 14a to 14e from the auxiliary power sources 20a to 20e, periodically fluctuating attractive forces are generated between electrodes 13a to 13e and 14a to 14e, so that the electrodes 13a to 13e and 14a to 14e will be oscillated.

    • PURPOSE:To obtain a high output and a high torque by constituting a capacitor group from respective pluralities of first and second electrodes and by selectively charging the part between said electrodes with electricity through a switching circuit to cause an electrostatic force to act on both electrodes. CONSTITUTION:In the sun cylinder 1 of a first tubular body fixed at a stationary part, a bearing 2 is fastened to the inner surface side of a flat bottomed base wall part 1a. On the inner peripheral face of said cylinder 1, there are arranged e.g., 36 first electrodes 101-136, and an insulating film 3 of high dielectric constant is attached to said inner peripheral face in the manner of covering said electrodes. Then, the planet cylinder 4 of a second tubular body is smaller in diameter than the sun cylinder 1 and an output shaft 5 is integrally formed in the base wall part 4a. Further, 30 second electrodes 201-230 are arranged on the inner peripheral face of said planet cylinder 4 to form a capacitor group with said insulating film 3 held between. Thus, the part between said electrodes is selectively charged with electricity by the change-over switch 6a of a switching circuit 6 so that an electrostatic force acts on both electrodes and a torque is taken one from the output shaft 5.

The other actuator 18 has also the same constitution as that of the 17, and this movable element 30 is linked and fixed together with the said stator 21 as a unit to make one unit. And, the load 31 can be displaced to three stages by selecting a voltage impressed state for electrodes 19(a)-20(a), 19(b)-20(b), 25(a)-26(a) and 25(b)-26(b).

    • PURPOSE:To obtain a plurality of frequency specifications by an inverter by producing a plurality of types of frequency division clock signals by dividing the frequency of a clock signal from an oscillator, selecting it to read out it from a memory cell and altering the frequency. CONSTITUTION:The output of a frequency setter 4 is applied to a rate multiplier 6 and an ROM 8, the clock signal from an oscillator 12 is counted by a 4-bit binary counter 13 of a frequency divider, and added through a data selector 14 to the multiplier 6. The stored content of the ROM 8 is read out by a binary counter 7, and a signal matched to the output of the setter 4 is obtained from a data selector 10, thereby controlling transistors Tr1-Tr6 of 3-phase bridge inverter 1. Accordingly, when a main component section 24 is integrated, the oscillator 12 may not be altered, and a plurality of frequency specifications can be obtained by an inverter.

    • PURPOSE:To supplement a deficit of a motor torque without deteriorating the performance of a driving motor for a compressor by matching a compressor load condition with a rotating angle position of a motor rotor. CONSTITUTION:The system can be operated in such a way that a motor torque exceeds a compressor load torque and both are overlapped together at any time in all areas during a rotation of a rotor 27. By selecting a more delicate arrangement between the location of a piston 19 and the locations of a stator 23 and the rotor 27 within the 270 deg. segment of the motor torque, a compressor 13 can be driven with a smaller outer power. Accordingly, the motor torque satisfies the load torque sufficiently, and a deficit of a motor torque can be supplemented.
