摘要： PURPOSE: To use the portable television telephone device with both the hands free without having the view interrupted by a main body by arranging an image display means on the upper half body of a user below the vision of the user. CONSTITUTION: A support member 210 is a ring-shaped member which is formed of an elastic material such as plastic and partially parted, and this support member 201 supports a display 202 such as a liquid crystal display and a camera 203 so that their angles are variable. Further, the display 202 is supported on one side of the support member 201 and the camera 203 is supported on its one adjacent side while directed to the display 202. An image reflecting surface 206 is provided in front of the display 202, and a face image of the user is reflected on this image reflecting surface 206 and picked up by the camera 203.
