摘要： PURPOSE:To regulate a device in an optimum state in compliance with the state of sediment and execute a work, by arranging vertical and horizontal grooves in a cylinder unit, and by arranging projections slidable in the grooves, at the upper end of a casting. CONSTITUTION:A pin 12 is permitted to slide into any of the horizontal grooves 32 of a regulating cylinder 3, and the position is retained, and the tip of an auger 2 is reciprocated outside or inside the tip of a casting 1. When the pin 12 is permitted to slide into the horizontal groove 32 of any step, then the position at the tip of the casing 1 is moved upward or downward. When boring through hard ground is started, then the tip of the casing 1 is made to be aligned with the tip of the auger 2. As a result, according to the state of bored sediment, positional relation between the casing 1 and the auger 2 is set in an optimum state, under which the work can be executed.

摘要： PURPOSE: To reduce a weight of an auger excavator by providing an auger drive part in an upper part of a leader so as to rise and lower freely, providing a plurality of sets of pressing-in cylinders fixed to a lower part of the leader, and rotating a casing which comes into contact with them through a roller by a rope material. CONSTITUTION: An earth auger 3 is rotated by an auger drive part provided in an upper part of a leader to drill a hole. A rotation force of a rotary motor is transmitted to a casing 4 through a skirt 16 of a protection cylinder 14 by a rope material 12 stretched over an upper part of the casing 4. Next, a pressing force by each pressing-in cylinder 8 fixed to a lower part of the leader is transmitted to an uppermost face of the easing 4 through an annular body 9, a roller 10, and a top part 15 of the protection cylinder 14 to promote digging of the hole by the casing 4. Consequently, it is possible to miniaturize this auger excavator.

CONSTITUTION: A cutting edge pipe 4 is inserted into an intermediate pipe 41 from the bottom of it and is integrally fitted thereto. In this case, engaging projections 43 are at first inserted into the vertical channel parts of L-shaped channels 44 and are inserted into circumferential channel parts by rotating the cutting edge pipe 4 at the ends of the channels. Then, cover plates 45 are fitted to the vertical channel parts of the L-shaped channels 44 from the outside and are welded to close the vertical channel parts.

Next, digging of the hole by the casing 4 is progressed by a rotary force of the casing drive part 6 set to the upper part of the casing 4 and a pressing force by means of a pressing-in cylinder 8 attached to a bracket 7 in the lower part of the leader 2. Consequently, safety in the work can be improved.

摘要： PURPOSE:To discharge excavated earth directly to the surface of the earth while the excavation is being made by a double screw by anarizing an inner screw inside an outer casing, and by connecting thereto the lower end of an inner rod that is contained inside an outer screw. CONSTITUTION:To the upper part of a cylindrical outer casing 20 that is equipped with an excavating means and earth discharging ports 22, a hollow outer screw 30 is integrally connected which has spiral blades 32 provided on its peripheral face and designed to convey the excavated earth 70 and 70 upward along a bore wall 80 after being discharged through the earth- discharging ports 22. An inner screw 40 equipped with the excavating means is rotatably wranged in the outer casing 20, and to the upper end of the inner screw 40, the lower end of an inner rod 50 contained inside the outer screw 30 is integrally connected. Then torque is transmitted independently to the inner screw 40 and the outer casing 20. The excavated earth 70 and 70 are directly discharged to the surface of the earth while the excavation is made with a double screw.
