摘要： PURPOSE: To reduce a weight of an auger excavator by providing an auger drive part in an upper part of a leader so as to rise and lower freely, providing a plurality of sets of pressing-in cylinders fixed to a lower part of the leader, and rotating a casing which comes into contact with them through a roller by a rope material. CONSTITUTION: An earth auger 3 is rotated by an auger drive part provided in an upper part of a leader to drill a hole. A rotation force of a rotary motor is transmitted to a casing 4 through a skirt 16 of a protection cylinder 14 by a rope material 12 stretched over an upper part of the casing 4. Next, a pressing force by each pressing-in cylinder 8 fixed to a lower part of the leader is transmitted to an uppermost face of the easing 4 through an annular body 9, a roller 10, and a top part 15 of the protection cylinder 14 to promote digging of the hole by the casing 4. Consequently, it is possible to miniaturize this auger excavator.

摘要： PURPOSE: To reduce the weight of an auger excavator by providing a rotary drive part for earth auger in an upper part of a leader so as to rise and lower freely and providing a casing drive part consisting of a pressing-in means and a rotary means in a lower part of the leader. CONSTITUTION: An upper end of a casing 4 is set to a casing drive part 6 in a lower part of a leader 2, and an upper part of an earth auger 3 is connected to an auger drive part 5 positioned in an uppermost part of the leader 2. The auger drive part 5 is rotated to promote digging of a hole by the earth auger 3 and is lowered by engaging with the insertion of the earth auger. Next, digging of the hole by the casing 4 is progressed by a rotary force of the casing drive part 6 set to the upper part of the casing 4 and a pressing force by means of a pressing-in cylinder 8 attached to a bracket 7 in the lower part of the leader 2. Consequently, safety in the work can be improved.

Consequently, safety in the work can be improved.

CONSTITUTION:An assembling device for a beam formwork consists of a vertical pipe 1, a top metal 2, and a side metal 3. The plate 22 is fixed to the downside of a slab 42, the separator 5 on the lowest stage is only assembled, and the fitting metal 51 of the separator 5 is attached to the metal 3. A horizontal pipe 53 is attached to the side of a beam side form 4 and the pipe 1 is inserted through the cylinder 31 into the cylinder 21. The screw hooks 26 and 36 of the cylinders 21 and 31 are fixed and the form 4 is supported from side. Assembling formworks can thus be made easier.

When a hydraulic drive cannot be used by service interruption, trouble, etc., a nut 7 for connection is operated, and the coupling of the upper end section of the connecting bar 6 and a working shaft 8a for the drive is released. An operating lever 12 for manual operation is turned centering around a pivotally attached shaft 13 and the connecting bar 6 is pulled down.

Then, the waterproof plate 4 is elevated by a motor or manual operation, and catches 11 and 11 are engaged into engagement holes 1a and 1a of the pillar 1 for adhering and fixing.
