SOLUTION: The bearing plate is composed of the following members. The bearing plate consists of a lower-beam panel-point section bottom plate having a lower beam hole at a central section, a lower beam 3 to which leg-section bottom plates 9, which are arranged linearly on both sides of the lower-beam panel-point section bottom plate, holding the bottom plate and on which box-shaped leg sections 7 in which diaphragms 11 are installed at central sides are placed, are formed integrally, an upper-beam panel-point section bottom plate 14 in which a hollow cylindrical member 17 is arranged at a central section, an upper beam 5 to which leg-section bottom plates 9, which are arranged linearly on both sides of the bottom plate 14, holding the bottom plate 14 and on which box-shaped leg sections 7 in which the diaphragms 11 are mounted on the central sides are placed, are formed integrally, a central panel- point section 12, the compression reinforcing fillers and a cover member 19 on which an earth anchor is fixed.
