摘要： PURPOSE:To feed even a segment of large width by providing a truck which moves in the longitudinal direction of the inside of a lined tunnel and a frame for attaching to the truck the segment to be assembled and for supporting the segment along the inner peripheral surface of the tunnel. CONSTITUTION:A segment S is placed on a frame 12 from behind from above a back facility 7. A truck 11 is moved onto a rail 10 and the segment S supported to the frame 12 is moved forward and is stopped when arriving near the rear of a shield excavator 1. Next, a moving mechanism is driven so that the segment S is moved forward and passed onto an erector located at the rear end portion of the shield excavator 1. Thereafter, the segment S is assembled in the same way as in general shield construction methods. Since the segment S is disposed along the inner peripheral surface of a tunnel 6, its passing area is not increased but the same even if the width of the segment S is increased. Therefore, the segment greater in width than conventional ones can be used without regard to the interference with the back facility, and the efficiency for constructing the segment can be enhanced.

摘要： PURPOSE:To feed even a segment of large width by mounting a suspension mechanism along the direction of the axis of a tunnel lined with concrete, and feeding into an excavator the segment supported by the suspension mechanism. CONSTITUTION:A suspension mechanism 12 is secured to the ceiling portion of a tunnel 6 lined with segment S. The suspension mechanism 12 includes a lower hanger 14 for supporting the lower end portion of segment S and an upper hanger 13 for supporting the upper end portion of segment S. The outer peripheral surface S1 of segment S to be assembled is supported along the inner peripheral surface of the tunnel 6 by the suspension mechanism 12. Thereafter, segment S is fed into a shield excavator using a moving mechanism. Therefore, even if the width of segment S is increased its passing area is the same and the segment S of large width is fed so that the efficiency of construction can be enhanced.

After the propulsion of the excavating machine 11 by the top pushing device 12 and the connection with the inner pipe 1 complete, the connection between the outer pipe 2 of the double pipe A which is already propelled and the wall surface is released, and a thrust is applied to the new double pipe A by operating the original pushing device 13, and the top pushing device 12 is contracted at the same time.
