    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an induction path which leads the gas being the target of measurement to a sensor in condition that needless substance such as rubbish, dust, etc., are removed properly, and also does not produce pulsation in sensor output even in a high flow rate region. SOLUTION: This induction path is equipped with narrow passages 31-35 for raising the flow velocity of gas, and sedimentation chambers 21-25 forming hollow rectangular parallelepipeds for settling the needless substance in gas. The outlet of the narrow passage is opened, being biased to either the right or the left of one sidewall of the sedimentation chamber, and the outlet for the gas from the sedimentation chamber is opened in the sidewall on the side farther from the outlet of the narrow passage out of the sidewall vertical to one sidewall where the outlet of the narrow passage is opened, and also the position of it opening is set in a position separated enough from the sidewall opposed to the previous one sidewall. Hereby, the gas passes in a wide range within the sedimentation chamber, changing its flow direction by 90 deg. until it gets out of the sedimentation chamber after its entry, so the place of sedimentation of needless substance is widened, and the sedimentation chamber is utilized effectively.

    • PURPOSE:To control a DC motor with a maximum revolution and with a maximum torque by a method wherein a torque limiting function is optionally selected by an operator and, when the torque limiting function is not selected, both the terminals of a switching device are short-circuited. CONSTITUTION:When a torque limiting function is selected, a torque limiting circuit TLC is connected to a motor main circuit A with the one contact pair S21 and S22 of a selecting switch SW2. Then the torque of a DC motor M is detected in accordance with a current applied to the motor main circuit A and, when the detected torque reaches a certain value, the input of a driving signal to a switching device TR4 is cut off to perform a torque limiting operation. When the torque limiting function is not selected, the torque limiting circuit TLC is not connected to the motor main circuit A. As both the terminals of the switching device TR4 are short-circuited with both the short-circuit contacts S11 and S12 of a short-circuit switch SW1, a power supply voltage is directly applied to the DC motor M and the motor M can be driven with a maximum revolution and with a maximum torque.

    • PURPOSE:To timely cause a DC motor to stop suddenly by providing a damping means for short-circuiting both ends in a closed state and damping the DC motor and by providing a drive circuit for driving the damping means to the closed side, when the number of revolutions or torque of the DC motor takes a required value. CONSTITUTION:A power switch SW1 interlocks with an operating lever, a damping contact SW2 is closed at the time of power OFF to damp a DC motor M, and a short-circuit contact SW3 is closed at the time of pulling the operating lever to the maximum stroke to short-circuit the switching part D-S of a motor current switching element TR2. When the actual number of revolutions Nr of the DC motor M becomes the minimum number of revolutions set by a reference variable power supply RV1 or the torque of the motor becomes a set torque, the output of each of comparators AP2 and AP3 is reversed from a low level to a high level. As a result, a transistor TR3 is ON-driven and a relay RL is conducted so that the damping contact SW2 is driven to the closed side. Thus, the DC motor M is damped to stop suddenly irrespective of the operation of the operating lever.

    • PURPOSE:To simplify adjusting work for its operating points and obtain a plurality of switch outputs from one set of light emitting and receiving elements, by providing a controller portion provided with a signal processor adapted to generate switch outputs when the amount of light received by a light receiving element in a switch portion rises to a predetermined level. CONSTITUTION:By initially adjusting the preset output Vxa-Vxn of each comparator 45a-45n in the signal processor of a light receiving element 10 to preset a threshold level, a switch output is, when each ball lens 5 is located in its position, transferred from each output circuit 46a-46n corresponding to each lens 5 to switch on or off it. In this way, by adjusting the preset output Vxa-Vxn of each comparators 45a-45n, the operating point of the switch output can be set with precision, and also simply be adjusted. Moreover, a connector releasably connecting its switch portion A and controller portion B, a contactless switch having one or plural different operating points can simply be formed by changing not its controller portion but switch portion A.
