摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and correctly compensate temperature by preventing the preliminarily adjusted offset value from deviating in adjusting gain and eliminating the need of repeatedly adjusting the offset value after adjusting the gain, or the like. SOLUTION: One of two heat-sensitive elements is used as a heat-sensitive element 1 for detection and the other is used as a heat-sensitive element 2 for temperature compensation. Conduction currents I1 and I2 (I1>I2) are supplied from constant current sources 3 and 4, thereby output voltages Vout 1, Vout 2 of the heat-sensitive elements 1, 2 are obtained. The output voltage Vout 3 of the heat-sensitive element 2 is offset adjusted to the Vout 1 by an offset adjustment circuit 5 at an ambient temperature T1. An adjusted output voltage Vout 4 is gain adjusted by a gain adjustment circuit 6 to agree with a Vout 1' at an ambient temperature T2.
