    • PURPOSE:To enhance construction efficiency by installing a sleeve pipe line an in open shield method or the like and welding an connecting steel pipes one by one at a launcher pile side and pulling the welded pipes into the sleeve pipe line. CONSTITUTION:A sleeve pipe line 5 is constructed with hume pipes 4 or the like based on an open shield jacking method. A first steel pipe 8 is installed to a launcher base in a launcher pile 6. After it is aligned and weld-tested and coated, the pipe is pulled into the rear end of the sleeve pipe line 5 by a definite length with a wire 12 extended from a winch 11 installed to the open shield machine 1 side. Then, a second steel pipe 8 is lowered. After the tip of the second steel pipe 8 is welded with the rear end of the first steel pipe, the steel pipe is pulled into the sleeve pipeline 5 once again with the winch 11. Then, similar operations are carried out until this pipeline 13 is formed. Both the sleeve pipeline 5 and the steel pipe line 13 are constructed simultaneously. This construction makes it possible to shorten construction time dramatically and reduce construction cost, and what is more, to prevent the generation of damage, zigzag or the like. Furthermore, since protected..with the sleeve pipes, the safety of gas pipelines can be enhanced with this method.

    • PURPOSE:To manufacture a device small in the peripheral direction and miniaturize it by forming a circular projection serving as a piston in a void between the outer tube of a blocking member and an expansion film, allowing the blocking member to function as a cylinder, and feeding the fluid of a fluid operation chamber into an airtight space via the first and second inflow holes. CONSTITUTION:A circular projection 12 is provided at the tip section of a tube body 11. A fluid pressure operation chamber 5' is formed on the circular projection 12, and a pressure receiving face 4a formed on a blocking member 1 exists on the fluid pressure operation chamber 5'. Front end sections of the outer tube 2 and inner tube 3 of the blocking member 1 are connected by a cover member 4, and a cylinder chamber 5 is formed in the space. A fluid passage 19 is bored on the tube body 11, and the second inflow hole 20 is formed through the tube body 11. The first inflow hole 6 and a recessed groove 7 are carved at the tip of the inner tube 3. The recessed groove 7 and a protruded member 26 constitute a stopper. The blocking member 1 is coupled with the tube body 11. The device can be miniaturized, and it can be used for a small- diameter pipe.
