摘要： PURPOSE:To miniaturize the device of the title system by providing an expandable film in a sample gas holder and charging a sampling gas cylinder with a sampling gas by expanding the expandable film with a high-pressure gas. CONSTITUTION:Part of an LNG flowing through an LNG receiving pipeline 1 is branched through a branched line 2 and reaches a vaporizer 3. A vaporized sampling gas is introduced into a sampling gas holder 10 through a sampling gas line 12, buffer tank 13, and introducing line 14. When the sampling gas is introduced, a valve 25 is opened and the pressure in an expandable film 11 is controlled to a negative pressure. At the time of charging a sampling gas cylinder 7 with the sampling gas, a high-pressure gas is introduced into the film 11 from a high-pressure line 16 by closing valves 20, 21, 25, and 26, and opening valves 22 and 24. As a result, the film 11 expands and the pressure in the holder 10 rises, resulting in the charging of the cylinder 7 with the sampling gas from the holder 10. The gas in the cylinder 7 is analyzed. The remaining gas in the holder 10 is evacuated through a vacuum pump 18.

摘要： PURPOSE:To reduce the size of the title vaporizer by winding an LNG vaporizing tube around a heating member and, at the same time, connecting the inlet side of the tube to an LNG receiving pipeline side and outlet side to a sampling gas holder side. CONSTITUTION:The title electric vaporizer 10 is provided with a heating member 11 incorporating an electric heater 12, terminal 13 for heater, thermometer 14, and LNG vaporizing tube 15 wound around the member 11. The inlet side 16 of the tube 15 is connected to an LNG receiving pipeline side and the outlet side 17 of the tube 15 is connected to a sampling gas holder side. An LNG flowing through the tube 15 is heated by means of the heater 12 and fed to the sampling gas holder side from the outlet side 17 after vaporization. The thermometer 14 indicates the heating temperature of the member 11 and the heating temperature is controlled based on the indicated value. Since the LNG is heated by means of the heater 12, the vaporizer 10 can be reduced in size.

The change in intensity of the optical beam 4A is displayed on the time axis, and the presence or absence of the gas is detected.
