摘要： PURPOSE:To miniaturize the moving device such as a monitoring robot, etc., for moving in an explosion-proof area, and also, to make it movable extending over a long distance. CONSTITUTION:Even if a moving distance of a monitoing robot 1 is long, a cable 4 can be drawn out of a coiling drum 5 on a running rail 2 extending over its moving distance. The cable 4 not only can be used as a communication line to various electric devices such as a power source to the monitoring robot 1, a TV camera in the monitoring robot 1, etc., but also can be used as a pressurized gas supply means constituted in order that dangerous explosive gas does not go into the monitoring robot 1, even when the use environment of the monitoring robot 1 becomes an explosive atmosphere.

摘要： PURPOSE:To enhance the safety in explosion prevention by providing the ground electrode of an explosion-proof consent in such a manner that it is continuously connected before another electrode and fluid coupler are connected in a composite connector consisting of the explosion-proof consent and the fluid coupler. CONSTITUTION:When one side 1a of a connector base 1 and the other side 1b are in separated state, the plug 4b of an explosion-proof consent is laid in protruded state by the force of a compressiong coil spring 21, and the socket 5b of a fluid coupler is retreated by the force of a tension coil spring 23 and laid in the state stopped in a determined position by a stopper 25. When both the parts 1a, 1b of the connector base 1 are approached to each other in this state, the plug 4b is first fitted to a socket 4a, their ground electrode 7 is laid in connected state, and another electrode 8 and the socket 5b are successively connected to a plug 5a. When they are separated from the connecting state, the fluid coupler is first separated, the electrode 8 is then separated, and the ground electrode 7 is finally separated.

摘要： PURPOSE:To earth a mobile explosion-proof equipment made up such that it can move with wheels running along a guideway without using a ground wire. CONSTITUTION:An explosion-proof equipment 1 is earthed to a guideway 2 through at least one earth wheel 4 made up by installing a conductive elastic part 6 at a peripheral portion. Any ground wire is therefore unnecessary so that the moving distance of the explosion-proof equipment is never limited by the ground wire. Moreover, the earth wheel 4 makes the peripheral conductive elastic portion to be elastically deformed and resultantly, the peripheral conductive elastic portion is made to facially contact with the guideway, so that it is possible to always accurately make grounding with a low contact resistance and also no sliding material is required; therefore, the earth wheel 4 does not become a resistance at the time of movement or is never worn. More accurate grounding can be realized by applying conductive grease to the surface of the guideway.

摘要： PURPOSE:To provide a power feed duct having a trolley type internal pressurized explosion-proof structure and capable of being used in an explosion-proof area in a power feed system to a moving robot. CONSTITUTION:A power feed duct 1 having an internal pressurized explosion- proof structure is applied with internal pressure so that no dangerous gas enters the duct 1 even if the using environment of a moving device 8 becomes the explosive environment, and the duct 1 can be used in no contact with a trolley line and a current collecting device in the duct 1 and in no contact with sparks considered to occur and without causing an explosion. The pressure in the duct 1 can be adjusted by multiple internal pressure feed reducing valves 3, and a main power source 6 is cut off to keep safety when the reduction of the internal pressure of the duct 1 is detected by a pressure gauge 10 and a flow meter 5. When the required pressure in the moving device 8 is reduced, the pressure can be fed from the duct 1, and such possibility is reduced that the power source 6 is cut off by the reduction of the internal pressure of the moving device 8.

摘要： PURPOSE:To miniaturize the whole equipment by filling up liquefied inert gas in a Dewar vessel set up in apressurized enclosure. CONSTITUTION:A Dewar vessel 5 is set up in a movable hermetically sealed enclosure 1 while a filling means of liquefied inert gas into this Dewar vessel 5 is formed and its filling port 7 is installed at the outside of this closure 1. In addition, a discharge means 15 of the inert gas inside is installed in this enclosure 1. The liquefied inert gas is filled up in this Dewar vessel 5, and pressure in the enclosure 1 is kept up higher than that of an ambient explosive atmosphere by means of the inert gas evaporated, so this gas is used as a pressurized enclosure. Since a supply source of this inert gas is moved together with a mobile equipment, there is no limit of travel distance, so that miniaturization of the whole equipment is well promotable as compared with such that is carried in a state of high pressure gas by means of a high-pressure cylinder.

Through these procedures, the number of permanent magnets 1 separated from the adsorbing surfaces while the shifting device is being shifted is only 1/3 of the total number to be constantly fixed to the device. This value of 1/3 is calculated on the basis of the relation between the adsorption assurance and the moment load.
