摘要： PURPOSE: To provide a seedling-carrying device in a grafting device, capable of preventing the slippage of a row-like tray to improve the stoppage accuracy of seedling pots. CONSTITUTION: A scion-carrying conveyer 6 for carrying a row-like tray is supported with three support plates comprising a lifting plate 30 and tilted plates 31 and 32 respectively rotatbly connected to the upper and lower sides of the lifting plate 30. The scion-carrying conveyer 6 is driven with a motor 33. The lifting plate 30 is lowered with both of a motor 34 and a cam 35 by prescribed distance from a standard position so that seedlings for scions are cut at a prescribed height, and the seedlings for the scions are subsequently cut at the prescribed height. The lifting plate 30 is again lifted to the standard height position, and the motor 33 is subsequently driven to start the carriage of the tray with the conveyer 6. These members are controlled with a controller.

摘要： PURPOSE: To promote bonding of a grafted nursery plant by reinforcing holding force of a scion part and a stock part by a clip. CONSTITUTION: A clip 130 for bonding a scion part of a seedling for a scion to a stock part of a seedling for a stock has a cylindrical retaining part 141 capable of holding the stock part and the scion part, a slit 139 ranging in the length direction of the retaining part 141 and a gripping part 142 for opening and closing the slip, attached to the back of the retaining part 141. The clip 130 is supplied to the tip part of the stock part by a clip opening and closing mechanism in the cut slant direction of the stock part of the seedling for the stock at a position of approximately 90 degrees from the slit 139. The scion part is inserted into the clip 130 applied to the tip part of the stock part by an upper clamper so as to bond the cut slant face of the stock part to the cut slant face of the scion part to reinforce holding force of a grafted nursery plant by the clip 130.

摘要： PURPOSE: To prevent the change of the direction of a clip caused by the bound of the clip at the grounded side in the case of feeding a clip to an outlet side by the free fall of the clip. CONSTITUTION: This apparatus for feeding grafting clips is provided with a chute 17 to guide clips aligned by a parts feeder toward the outlet side and a shutter 27 placed at the outlet side of the chute 17. The parts feeder is started after protruding the shutter 27 in the chute 17 to prevent the drop of the clip below the position of the shutter 27. A number of clips are stored in the chute 17 and the top clip is delivered from the shutter position 27 to the grounding side by opening the shutter. The bound of the delivered clip at the grounding side is prevented by this mechanism.
