CONSTITUTION:When movable blocks 17 and 19 are moved upward by pulled by a connecting rod 18 through operation of a manipulator, one end of an inner side of a link 20 is also moved with the blocks 17 and 19, the other end of an outer end of the link 20 and a fixing clamp 21 are moved outward along a guide groove 22, and an opening in the shape of a square without a side of the clamp 21 pinches a receiving fitting 12 and a leg fitting 13 and fixes the fittings 12 and 13 in the contact state. Thus, an apparatus 2 is fixed on the surface of a spaceshuttle 7 through a removal part 3 and a plurality of fittings 13, and the apparatus 2 will not fall during flight of the spaceshuttle 7 between the earth and an artificial satellite 1. Also, when the apparatus 2 is to be removed from the spacecraft 7 after the spaceshuttle 7 has reached the artificial satellite 1 or the earth, it is only necessary to reverse the operation.

    • PURPOSE: To accomplish reduction in a size and weight of a holding mechanism by engaging a feed screw shaft for opening/closing and rotating a pair of openable holding claws with an internal thread in a rotating member and connecting the feed screw shaft to the holding claws installed to the rotating member relatively rotationally via a link. CONSTITUTION: When a motor is driven, a ball screw 14 screwed into an internal thread in a rotating member 15 is retracted while being rotated, and a connecting member 21 at the tip of the ball screw 14 is pulled, so that a pair of holding claws 18 are closed via a link 20 and a sample 30 is held by means of the holding claws 18. Even when the motor is driven further from this condition so as to retract the ball screw 14, the ball screw 14 is prevented from moving backward because the sample 30 is clamped, and rotational force of the ball screw 14 is transmitted to the rotating member 15 via a ball nut, and consequently, a cam follower 17 rotates the rotating member 15 until it collides against a holding fixing position B. According to this rotation, the whole of the holding claws 18 are rotated, and the sample 30 is mounted to a testing device by means of a rotational connecting mechanism.

CONSTITUTION:A specimen rotating device 20a is driven and a specimen 7 is rotated to release the fixing of the specimen to a specimen magazine 8 and, thereafter, a grasping part 20 is allowed to fall to take out the specimen 7 from the specimen magazine 8 through a feed-in/feed-out port 10. Subsequently, the moving body 17 of a moving mechanism 14 is allowed to move to the side of an experimental furnace 3 and stopped when the specimen 7 is positioned directly under of the feed-in/feed-out port 1 of the experimental furnace 3 and the grasping part 20 is raised to feed the specimen 7 in the experimental furnace 3 and the specimen 7 is rotated to be fixed before the grasping part 20 is allowed to fall. After the finish of the heat treatment experiment in the experimental furnace 3, the treated specimen 7 is returned to the original position of the specimen magazine 8 by the procedure reverse to the above mentioned operation and the new specimen 7 is again fed in the experimental furnace 3.

    • PURPOSE:To carry out the quick slanting of the barrel of the mud gun, in this way, to shorten the period of time during which the gun barrel is exposed to the molten pig iron and to plan to lengthen the life of the gun barrel, by providing the slanting device for slanting mechanically the gun barrel with a simple constitution to the mud gun for blockading the tap hole of the blast furnace. CONSTITUTION:With the link mechanism constituted of the arm 5 of the gun carriage, the fixed bracket 21, the bracket 6 and the rod 22 at the side of the gun barrel, the gun barrel 9 is slanted while being oscillated around the fulcrum S as the center accompanying the revolving action of the arm 5 of the gun carriage. Accordingly, by selecting appropriately the shape of the rail 26 for slanting, the tip of the gun barrel 9 is slanted quickly as it approaches the tap hole 2 of the blast furnace 1 and coincides with the tap hole 2. Because the slanting device constituted of the inclined plate 25, the rail 26 and the roller 24 for slanting, is arranged at the upper part of the rear of the gun barrel 9, the gun barrel 9 is not affected by the stream of molten pig iron from the tap hole 2 and its splash.

    • PURPOSE:To facilitate the exchange of plural samples by forming many grooves for discharging and housing the samples on the outer periphery of a sample magazine, and providing an insertion and discharge mechanism at the center of rotation with the discharge position and the insertion port of a tester on the same circumference. CONSTITUTION:Plural samples 11 are housed in the sample magazine 12 by utilizing the groove 22 with the outer peripheral end opened, the samples 11 are held by a holding mechanism, and the sample magazine 12 is rotated to a sample discharge position by one pitch at a time. The sample 11 is held by the insertion and discharge mechanism 16 rotating between the sample discharge position and the insertion port 18 of the tester 15, rotated to the side of the magazine 12, and discharged. The insertion and discharge mechanism 16 is moved, and the sample 11 is inserted into the tester 15. Since only the insertion and discharge mechanism 16 for discharging the sample 11 is rotated, the necessary space is minimized, and the samples are smoothly exchanged.
