At that time, an external trough body 6 for receiving the connection part 11 of a power cable and a trough lid 7 for hermetically sealing the external trough body 6, which is floated from the external trough body 6 by the pressure of a gas generated at the time of the accident of the connection part 11 of a power cable and returned immediately after the discharge of the gas are provided, and a pipe-like internal trough 14 covering the connection part 11 is provided in the connection part 11 to make duplex structure.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an accident prevention trough for electric cable connectors, which does not require maintenance and extinguishes a fire by smothering if any accident occurs at a connector. SOLUTION: If an accident occurs at an electric cable connector 11, an impact force is developed, resulting that the connector 11 is destroyed and its fragments are scattered. However, the fragments are confined in a diameter direction by a pipe-shaped trough 21, so that only a blast blows off lengthwise of the pipe-shaped trough 21. This blast expands a sheet 23, releasing pressure. Thus, the airtightness within the sheet 23 is maintained, resulting that fire is immediately extinguished by smothering even if the fire occurs at the connector 11.

摘要： PURPOSE:To block intrusion of air and prevent firing by winding stretchable bands two times around the fastener which connects the main body of a trough for power cables and an upper cover through upper cover fall-off prevention boards, and by allowing the upper cover to float for the release of the high- pressure gas when a cable is grounded, and to settle it to the original position in order to airtightly close the trough. CONSTITUTION:A trough main body 1 and a trough upper cover 2 are connected by a fastener 3 and rivets 6 to constitute a trough for power cables. In the interior of the trough, the power cables are laid. At appropriate intervals, the upper cover fall-off prevention boards 9 are arranged to abut on the fastener 9, the outside of which is wound by stretchable bands 10 two times so that the trough is tightly fastened. When a high pressure gas is generated due to the grounding of a cable, the upper cover is once opened, but as the pressure is lowered, the cover is settled to its original position by the resiliency of the trough bands to avoid any air intrusion. In this way, a firing of the cables is automatically prevented.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cool efficiently the whole of a power cable line, by providing in the predetermined places of a cooling-water circulating route pressurizing pumps for compensating the pressure of a cooling water. SOLUTION: A cooling-water circulating route 4 piped along a power cable line comprises going and returning routes 5, 6. The going route 5 is connected with a water feeding pump 8 of a cooling station 7 to connect the returning route 6 with a water tank 9. After a cooling water in the water tank 9 is cooled by the cooling station 7, it is fed out therefrom by pressurizing it through the water feeding pump 8 to cool the power cable line in troughs 2, 3 by passing it through the going route 5 piped in the troughs 2, 3. Thereafter, the cooling water is turned in a U-shaped way in a folded portion 10 to return it to the water tank 9 via the returning route 6. The returned cooling water is cooled in the water tank 9 to thereafter feed it again into the going route 5 of the cooling-water circulating line 4. Thereby, making adjustable by pressurizing pumps 11, 12 the length of the power cable line and the differences between the elevations of power-cable-line laying places, the whole of the power cable line can be cooled efficiently by the minimum scale of the cooling station 7.

摘要： PURPOSE:To easily extend a long pipe without use of a draw wire and lubricant by pushing a pipe drawn in a manhole, into a pipeline with a vibrating force being applied to it. CONSTITUTION:A pipe 2 is supplied from a drum 1 positioned near a manhole 3, to a vibrator 6 through a hauling machine 4 in a manhole 1. While the pipe 2 is vibrated by the vibrator 6, the pipe 2 is pushed into a pipeline 5. A guide member 7 is provided at the tip of the pipe 2 to prevent foreign materials from getting into it and prevent it from being trapped by cables, etc., previously installed. Consequently, a friction coefficient is reduced and a long pipe can easily be extended to a pipeline without use of a draw wire and lubricant. This can be used for not only new pipelines but previously installed pipelines and is suitable for extension of an optical fiber.

Hereby, the occurrence percentage of trouble or inferiority can be suppressed.
