The molded goods are then taken out. The connector parts for the optical fibers are thus formed.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To relax the concentration of strain due to the cure shrinkage of thermosetting resin and consequently prevent crack and further warpage deformation from developing by a method wherein this mold is composed of a cast molded board, which is made of highly flexible thermosetting resin and has a designed surface. SOLUTION: By casting flexible vinyl ester resin in a matrix, which has a designed surface and on which release agent is applied, a cast molded board 1 is formed by curing at about 60 deg.C for eight hours after the curing at room temperature. The depth of the unevenness of the designed surface of the cast molded board 1 is about 10mm. Next, under the condition that epoxy elastic adhesive 3 is uniformly applied to the rear surface of the cast molded board 1, a form steel plate 2 is pasted to the cast molded board so as to cure at room temperature. By mounting a frame and the like to the resultant mold, a concrete shaping mold base is formed. Then, concrete is placed in the shaping mold and cured. As a result, hardly warpage occurs in the concrete shaping mold.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the electric shock of a worker and the destruction of equipment due to overcurrent by making a plurality of posts and inter-post distance maintaining members for keeping the posts at a specified distance, by means of an insulating resin. SOLUTION: A built-up type scaffolding is constituted of built-up type scaffolding units made by allowing a pair of frames, each constituted of a post 1 and an inter-post distance maintaining member 2 connected to the post 1, so as to face each other and keeping them at a specified distance by means of the inter-post distance maintaining members 2, such as diagonal braces and horizontal members. In the built-up type scaffolding, at least two built-up type scaffolding units are plied up and connected to each other, and the lowest unit is provided with a bottom wheel 9 and a jack base 8. At this time, each of the posts 1 and each of the inter-post distance maintaining members 2 are made of an insulating resin, which is fiber-reinforced resin, such as inorganic glass fiber and alumina fiber. By this method, electric shocks or the like caused through making contact with the materials of the scaffolding can be prevented.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain excellent color developability, freshness, water resistance and weather resistance to color, graphic form or pattern by forming curable resin cured layers on both surfaces of a porous titanium sheet, and strengthening at least one reinforcing fiber. SOLUTION: A carrier film 3 used as a release film and durable against heat at the time of thermosetting or tensile load is fed from a raw fabric roll 4, a porous titanium sheet 1 is placed thereon from a raw fabric roll 2, liquid- like uncured resin liquid 6 is further fed to and diffused thereon, and its liquid amount is made by a doctor bar 8 uniform. Short fiber 11 cut from continuous fiber 8 is scattered thereon to form an impregnated reinforcing fiber layer 12, carrier film 13 is placed thereon from a raw fabric roll 14, passed through thickness control rollers 15, then passed through a heating curing furnace 16 to cure the liquid 6, passed through feed rollers 17, and then the films 3, 13 are released. Thus, a resin plate 20 having decorative water resistance, weather resistance and excellent strength can be obtained.
