摘要： PURPOSE: To perform promotion of high speed and labor-saving for both maintenance and inspection operations by detecting a liquid level on an observation window type level gauge noncontactually and automatically. CONSTITUTION: This device has a falling illuminating system 1 irradiating from the normal direction of a level gauge 3 via a half mirror 2 and an oblique illuminating system 4 irradiating this level gauge 3 from the oblique direction as an illuminating system, and these two illuminating systems 1 and 4 are selected and thereby an image of the level gauge 3 is picked up by a closed-circuit DTV camera 6 through a red filter 5. This picked-up image is converted into digital image data by an analog-to-digital converter 7, then it is taken into a computer 8 built in with a frame memory and an image processing part. At this computer 8, a specified process is carried out, thereby detecting a liquid level, and the test result is outputted.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily judge that a lining reaches its allowable wear limit from the outside of a disk brake device by fitting a lining wear detecting device. SOLUTION: In a lining wear detecting device, detection pins 24 of the same material as that of a lining material are implanted on each end part in the longitudinal direction of a lining fitting plate 16, and a through hole 26 is provided in the detection pin 24. The lining fitting plate 16 is provided with a spring fixing rivet 22 to turnably hold a V-shaped spring 18 and an inflection point part of the spring 18, and a display board 20 is provided on an outer end part of the spring 18. The end part of the spring 18 is pulled toward the detection pin 24, and a wire 28 is passed through the through hole 26 and fixed thereto. When the wear of the lining 11 reaches its limit, a wire 28 is detached from the through hole 26 in the detection pin 24, and the end part of the spring 18 is exposed outside of the outer edge of the lining fitting plate 16 by the releasing force. The display board 20 provided on the end part of the spring 18 is also exposed out of the outer edge of the lining fitting plate 16, enabling to know the replacement timing due to the wear of the lining 11.

SOLUTION: Stiffness of a stabilizer body 7 is guaranteed by a plate spring 8 in the constitution and connecting plugs 9 at both ends are connected with support pins having a round center to brackets 10. Bracket supports 12 are fixed with anchor bolts 13 to a ring plate 3 at the upper end of a reactor shield wall 5 at one end and on the upper inner surface of a reactor containment at the other end. By this structure and placing method, the horizontal force to the reactor shield wall 5 is effectively transmitted to the building side via the reactor containment 6.

According to this method, the cable between the computer or the board 2 and the cable fixing point 6 effects the same behavior as the free-access floor 3 upon earthquake and the cable between the fixed floor 4 and the other devices after the fixed floor 4 effects the same behavior as the fixed floor 4 whereby a relative motion between the free-access floor 3 and the fixed floor 4 can be absorbed by one set of cable supporting device 7. Accordingly, the vibration resisting property of the cable can be improved.

摘要： PURPOSE:To secure the optimum supporting function and obviate the need of inspection and reset works by installing a pulling-back means for retreating a stopper in a specific direction and a lock means which is engaged with the stopper and restrains the shift in the axial direction of the stopper. The engagement between the lock means 4A and the stopper 8 is generated when the shift quantity of an inside supporting means 2 reaches a prescribed value. The pulling-back means 10A and 10B operate when the stopper 8 and the lock means 4A are not engaged. Therefore, the optimum supporting faculty is provided, and the need of inspection and reset works is obviated.

Next, when the motor 13 is locked by breakdown, etc. while driving, only the input gear A is rotated with the operation of the accelerator pedal 11 to perform the opening and closing operations through the output gear C with the differential of gears A, B. A fail-safe function is thus obtained.

摘要： PURPOSE:To prevent any time lag of a turbosupercharger at the time of acceleration, by delaying ignition timing insomuch that backfire does not occur according to the acceleration when the engine speed low put it back to regular state and when supercharging pressure reaches the specified value. CONSTITUTION:A control circuit 5 delays ignition timing to some extent, drives an ignition system 20, and increases exhaust energy whereby speeds up a turbine 4 when engine speed to be detected by a sensor 19 is smaller than the specified, and supercharging pressure by a supercharger 2 to be detected by a sensor 8 is smaller than the specified value and a variable speed of opening of a throttle valve to be detected by a sensor 12 is large enough. Here, when the supercharging pressure comes too much, a bypass valve 13 is opened by a diaphragm 14. In this connection, when a fact that a transmission is in a first speed position is detected by a shift switch 18, ignition timing delay action and fuel increment action are stopped in order to prevent vibrations due to torque excessiveness from occurring. Thus, any revolution-up delay in the supercharger at the time of acceleration is preventable.
