CONSTITUTION:A rigid sleeve 16 is interposed between an elastic member 14 and a slide member 18, while an end part of the rigid sleeve 16 is constituted of an outer flange part 38 and a tubular cylinder part 42. In addition, seal rubber 24 is installed in this tubular cylinder part 42, and this seal rubber 24 is made contact with an outer circumference of a retainer 20. With this constitution, since penetration of earth, sand or the like is checked by the seal rubber 24, an intrinsic torsion spring actin reducing effect by the slide member 18 can be brought into full play.

    • PURPOSE:To prepare a cylindrical rubber elastic body for sliding type eye bush at a low cost under securing the superior slidability, by preparing the rubber elastic body from the rubber composition in which silicone and silicone oil in each specific weight ratio for a rubber material. CONSTITUTION:The silicone oil compounded with a rubber material for the rubber elastic body 18 of an eye bush 14 is a straight chain polysiloxane having a relatively low polymerization degree, and possesses a dynamic viscosity of 10-300 centistokes, and the superior sliding function is provided. Further, the silicone oil is compounded in a rate of 2-20wt.pts. for 100wt.pts. of the rubber material. When the compounding rate of the silicone oil is tool low, the self lubricity or sliding function is not sufficiently developed, while if the rate is too large, the workability or moldability in kneading work of the rubber compound are deteriorated, and the physical properties of the obtained rubber elastic body are deteriorated.
