摘要： PURPOSE:To obtain an insulating tape which is of a low cost and excels in adhesiveness, buckling resistance and withstanding voltage characteristics by forming an anchor coat layer of an organic titanium compound and a polyolefin bonding agent layer on a polyester film. CONSTITUTION:An anchor coat layer composed mainly of an organic titanium compound is formed with the thickness of 0.0005 to 10.0mum on the film surface of a polyester film 3. For the organic titanium compound, alkyl titanate of tetra-i-propyl titanate or the like represented by Ti(OR)4 (R is alkyl group or allyl group) is suitable. On the anchor coat layer a polyolefin binding agent layer 1 is formed. For the bonding agent layer 1, polyethylene or graft denatured body or the like is used, and preferably, its bending elastic modulus is set within the range of 500 to 20000kg/cm , and as required, an additive agent such as a flame retardant can be mixed thereinto.

摘要： PURPOSE:To easily peel off fused toner stuck to a roll from the roll by forming an elastic member layer on the outer periphery of a core body along its circumference so as to be adhered to the outer periphery and forming the surface layer of the elastic member layer by fluoro-rubber having a prescribed composition. CONSTITUTION:The elastic member layer 2 is formed so as to be adhered to the outer periphery of the core body 1 along its circumference. At least the surface layer of the layer 2 is constituted of fluoro-rubber having coupling structure shown by structural formula I derived from a modified silicone oil in its molecular structure. In formula I, R1 to R4 are univalent organic groups and (y) is a positive integer. Since the coupling structure of -Si-O-Si- derived from modified silicone oil is introduced into the molecular structure of the fluoro-rubber constituting the elastic member layer 2 of the surface layer, the wettability of the elastic member layer itself with silicone oil can be sharply improved, so that fused toner stuck to the outer periphery of the roll can easily be peeled from the roll.

The amount of the component C is 0.2-10pts.wt. when that of the component B is 0.5-10pts.wt. (pref. 0.1-7pts.wt., when that of the component B is 0.5-3pts.wt.).

Preferably, the amounts of the curing agent and curing accelerator to be used are 0.5-10pts.wt. and 0.1-10pts.wt., respectively.
