    • PURPOSE:To increase the heat storage efficiency of the floor heating device and to carry out the floor heating economically and efficiently in a cold district by combining foundation concrete of a sensible heat storage body with latent heat storage bodies consisting of a latent heat storing materials. CONSTITUTION:The heat storage type floor heating device 1 is installed at the floor part 2 of a building and consists of a foundation 3, a heat insulating material 4 and foundation concrete 5, first and second heat equalizing plates 6A and 6B, a plurality of heat generating wires 7, a plurality of latent heat storage bodies 8, and a finishing mortar 10. The quantity of heat generated from heat generating wires 7 is increased in its heating efficiency by the first and second heat equalizing plates 6A and 6B and is transmitted to the foundation concrete 5 and the latent heat storage bodies 8 wherein heat is stored. The quantity of heat stored is radiated equally by the first and second heat equalizing plates 6A and 6B. Dispersion of heat to the ground surface 11 and the side surface of the floor part 2 is prevented by heat insulating materials 4 and 17. Further, the temperature difference between the upper and lower surfaces of the heat insulating material 4 is decreased by a moisture-proof sheet 14, and hence dew condensation can be prevented. Within the finishing mortar 10 a plurality of iron reinforcing bars 15 are incorporated, and hence it is possible to increase the strength of the finishing mortar 10 and to reduce the thickness of the device.

    • PURPOSE: To decrease the number of operation and the quantity of snow dropped, and to reduce cost and lengthen a lifetime by setting a space between a roof surface and a snow removing member at a specified value and at a value or less corresponding to the quantity of a snow cover on a roof in a limit, in which a building can resist safely. CONSTITUTION: Snow removing members 6 fixed into trucks 8 through L-shaped connecting members 10 are bridged between guide rails 3, 3 installed on both sides of the gable side of a roof 1 through mounts 11 for heap up in 25 cm while being crossed over the rails 3 and being extended even to the gable side. Spaces in approximately 30 cm obtained by adding the height of the mounts 11 to spaces in approximately 5 cm among the conventional roof 1 surface and the snow removing members 6 are set in the quantity of a snow cover or less in a limit, in which the roof 1 can resist safely at that time. A person expects to a snowmelt by sunshine at daytime in sections of 30 cm left by snow dropping by driving the snow removing members 6 when the quantity of the snow cover reaches approximately 30 cm or more, and snow can be dropped extending over the whole surface of the roof 1 by the snow removing members 6 when the quantity of the snow cover exceeds 30 cm by a snow fall again.
