摘要： PURPOSE:To ensure a space between a tension member and an excavated hole and to obtain a sufficient cover thickness of grout by applying an electric current to a spacer so as to expand the spacer after a guide casing for the tension member inserted into the excavated hole is pulled out. CONSTITUTION:A shape memory alloy spacer 2 is incorporated to a fixing member 4, and a tension member 1 inserted in a guide casing 3 is inserted into an excavated hole (m). Thereafter, the guide casing 3 is pulled out from the tension member 1, and a spacer 2 is applied with an electrical current so as to be heated up to a temperature above 50deg. C, and accordingly, the lower section of the spacer 2 expands. Further, a predetermined space is ensured between the tension member 1 and the excavated hole (m) into which grout (n) is then filled so as to build an earth anchor (a) having a predetermined cover thickness. At this stage, the electrical current is continuously applied to the spacer 2 so as to cure the grout n in order to form the earth anchor body (a), and thereafter the tension member 1 is tensed so as to fix the earth anchor (a).

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of treating a pile head of an on-site-formed pile by which the treatment of the pile head in accordance with a designed diameter of the on-site-formed pile can be easily carried out without causing a damage like a chip accompanied by the treatment of the pile head.
SOLUTION: A reinforcing cage 2 is placed in an excavated vertical hole 1. A pile-diameter-forming guide ring 3 is formed to have the same or substantially the same diameter as the designed diameter of the pile 6 which is to be formed, and is provided with a projecting cap-ring mounting guide 3a to mount a cap ring 7 on the outer periphery. The guide ring 3 is concentrically mounted on an upper end part of the reinforcing cage 2 at the same position or substantially the same position as that of a designed level of the pile 6. Concrete 4 is placed in the vertical hole 1 to the level higher than that of the guide ring 3. After the concrete 4 is cured, the concrete in a part higher than the mounting level of the guide ring 3 is removed.
