摘要： PURPOSE:To eliminate partial extension and break of a steel wire and to facilitate removal of the steel wire, by a mthod wherein load resistant plates, where an unbound PC steel wire can hook, are located in parallel to each other at an anchor body, and a steel wire hook packing is attached to a load resistant plate at a steel wire tension jack side. CONSTITUTION:Unbound PC steel wires 3, 3' hook load resistant plates 2, 2', respectively, positioned in parallel to each other at an end and a center of an anchor body 1, and said steel wires 3' hooks a load resistant plate 2', centrally positioned, through the medium of a packing 4. The anchor body 1 is formed such that the intermediate part between the load resistant plates 2 and 2' is formed in a hollow, and a plurality of reinforcing plates 5 and a number of projections 6 serving as a resistance during the presence in a ground of the device are provided between the two plates. Curved concave recesses 7, which the steel wires 3, 3' can hook, are formed in the load resistant plates 2, 2', and a hook part 8, which can mate the concave recess 7, is formed on the packing 4. This absorbs a stress, applied to the steel wire when a like stress is applied to the two steel wires 3, 3' by a jack, by bending of the packing 4, which results in bringing the two steel wires into an approximately constant extension.

After that, PC stranded wires 1 and a polyethylene hose 4 are inserted thereinto. In addition, after force-fit of grout into the casing 5 is made, the casing is withdrawn to form an anchor skeleton 2. After the PC steel stranded wires 1 are withdrawn, an expansive bursting agent is poured to burst the anchor skeleton 2. According to the constitution, no obstacle is left into the ground, and successive works can be easily carried out.

摘要： PURPOSE:To ensure a space between a tension member and an excavated hole and to obtain a sufficient cover thickness of grout by applying an electric current to a spacer so as to expand the spacer after a guide casing for the tension member inserted into the excavated hole is pulled out. CONSTITUTION:A shape memory alloy spacer 2 is incorporated to a fixing member 4, and a tension member 1 inserted in a guide casing 3 is inserted into an excavated hole (m). Thereafter, the guide casing 3 is pulled out from the tension member 1, and a spacer 2 is applied with an electrical current so as to be heated up to a temperature above 50deg. C, and accordingly, the lower section of the spacer 2 expands. Further, a predetermined space is ensured between the tension member 1 and the excavated hole (m) into which grout (n) is then filled so as to build an earth anchor (a) having a predetermined cover thickness. At this stage, the electrical current is continuously applied to the spacer 2 so as to cure the grout n in order to form the earth anchor body (a), and thereafter the tension member 1 is tensed so as to fix the earth anchor (a).
