    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid oil staining, to prevent negative pressure in a can from being generated and to prevent incorrect meterage due to mixing of air from being generated by forming an oil feeding nozzle hanging part on an opening part of a top lid of an oil container and providing a freely removable spring fixing part on the opening part through which a suction pipe passes. SOLUTION: A freely removable receiving pan 14 is mounted on an opening part of a pail can by means of a spring fixing part 21 and as a lid part 22 of a funnel-shaped receiving pan main body 21 can be removed and remaining oil can be poured thereinto, mixing of staining can be prevented from being generated. As a nozzle hanging part 22b where a hole through which the apex part side of an oil feeding nozzle 17 can be inserted is formed is formed, sagging oil falls on the receiving pan main body 21 to prevent staining caused by oil from being generated. During oil feeding, the hole of the nozzle hanging part 22b is communicated with the outside to prevent negative pressure in the can from being generated. A control device set a specified remaining amt. to be 20 1 and when the remaining amt. reaches 2 1, a motor is stopped to prevent incorrect meterage caused by mixing of air from being generated.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely judge the kinds of oil in a lorry and an oil storage tank without increasing the unloading time, and to cope with oil feed into the oil storage tank located at the distance not less than the length of an oil feed hose. SOLUTION: Even when the oil is unloaded using two oil feed hoses 15, 45, the hoses 15, 45 can be connected so that discrimination piece reading means 22, 47 are located on the side of an oil feed pipe 17 through first and second connection pieces 50, 60 capable of being connected to a discharge port, and the oil feed hoses 15,45. Thus, a discrimination piece 21 to indicate the kind of oil in each oil storage tank can be inserted in the discrimination piece reading means 22, 47. The data on the oil kind are received, and the data are compared with the data on the oil kind for a hatch designated by the key board, and a bottom valve can be opened only when these data agree with each other.

    • PURPOSE:To constitute vapor lines which extend to underground tanks for different types of fuel oils, of one vapor line which is common to a plurality of fuel feeding machines by a method wherein the line for a lubricating oil of a blower for fuel feeding is connected to the upstream side of a flow meter, and lines for the lubricating oil from the blower and vapor are connected to a gas/liquid separating chamber of a pump device. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of fuel feeding machines A1, A2 for different type of fuel oils, of which the constitutions are the same, are provided, and the pump of a pump device P1 which is rotated by a driving motor M1 draws up a fuel oil from an underground tank T1 through a fuel feeding line L1. A fluid motor F1 is connected to a fuel feeding pipe S1 from the pump, and a flow meter C1 is connected on the downstream side of the fluid motor F1, and a fuel feeding hose H1 is connected to the downstream side of the flow meter C1. A vapor from a vapor recovery hose R1, collecting tube Q1 is drawn by a wet type blower B1 which is rotated by the fluid motor F1, and flows into a gas/liquid separating chamber of a pump device P1, and the oil is absorbed by the pump, and the vapor only is returned to underground tanks T1, T2 through a vapor collecting tube E1.

    • PURPOSE:To stably effect opening and closing of a main valve independently of the water head exerted on a nozzle by a method wherein, when fuel feed is restarted after a fuel tank is filled full to stop the fuel feed, the liquid pres sure of a main valve chamber is released through a bypass. CONSTITUTION:When a nozzle end 40 is inserted into a vehicle fuel tank, a lever 62 is pulled and a main valve 49 is opened via a valve rod 53 to start fuel feed, air is drawn in the tank through an air pipe 43 due to the negative pressure produced by venturi effect in a negative pressure producing part 46 of a check valve 45. The liquid level in the fuel tank is then raised and, when an opening 43a of the nozzle end 40 is clogged with bubbles, etc., on the liquid surface, the diaphragm of an automatic valve closing mechanism including a negative pressure chamber in communication with the air pipe 43 is driven by the negative pressure to disengage a push rod 59 so as to close the main valve 49. When fuel feed is restarted after a fuel tank is filled full to stop fuel feed, the lever 62 is operated to open a stop valve 86 so as to release the liquid pressure of a main valve chamber 71 through a bypass 80, thereby opening and closing the main valve 49.

    • PURPOSE:To make a simple structure effective in ensuring detection of leakage of oil, relating to the use of an oil leakage-detecting device in a filling station for motor vehicles, etc., by providing along an oil-feeding pipe set between an underground tank and a gasoline pump a gutterlike leaking oil-receiver filled with sand and equipped with an oil sensor. CONSTITUTION:An oil-feeding pipe 7 connecting a gasoline pump 3 to an underground tank 5 is set with a falling gradient toward the underground tank 5. The oil-feeding pipe 7 is enclosed in a gutterlike, oil-resistant leaking oil-receiver 14. This leaking oil-receiver 16 is filled, around the oil-feeding pipe 7, with sand 15. A layer of gravel 9 and a layer of concrete 8 form the floor of the premises 1. A plurality of leaking oil-detecting tubes 6 are disposed at suitable intervals, each set vertically from above the ground to the underground part of the oil-feeding pipe 7 with the lower ends buried in the sand 15. In each of these detecting tubes 6 an oil sensor is provided and made to detect oil when its leakage occurs and show the leakage on an indicator.

    • PURPOSE:To correctly measure even the instantaneous flow rate and to increase the response speed of an operating circuit in a flowmeter of a model which changes the rotary angular velocity to the discharging amount of a fluid, by using a rotary encoder having many pulse generating parts provided with an interval to hold the reciprocal ratio to the changing ratio of the angular velocity of rotation. CONSTITUTION:A rotary encoder 1 is mounted integrally with an end of an output shaft 2 extending from a crank shaft (i). Many slits 3 are formed radially on the same circumference of the rotary encoder 1 in a manner to hold the reciprocal ratio to the changing ratio of rotation, that is, so that the distance of the slits is gradually reduced from 0 deg. to 45 deg. and the distance is gradually widened from 45 deg. to 90 deg.. A pulse signal is output to a pulse operating circuit from a photoelectric converter 4 consisting of light emitting elements and light receiving elements based on the slits 3. Therefore, even when one reciprocating motion of a piston (g) moving in proportion to the flow rate is converted to the rotary movement of the output shaft 2, the change of the angular velocity is compensated because of many slits 3 of the rotary encoder 1 fixed to the output shaft 2, and the flow rate can be measured correctly.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To keep a bulging amount of an oil feeding hose constant without having any relation with an oil feeding state. SOLUTION: This oil feeding device is constructed such that an oil feeding hose 10 receiving fuel oil fed under pressure of a pump and stored in an oil feeding hose reel 4 is provided with an oil feeding nozzle 9 having a driving mechanism for opening or closing a main valve by an oil feeding lever which can be operated from outside and further for closing the main valve with a valve closing instruction signal. At a stage in which an oil feeding operation with a pre-set amount is carried out, the valve closing instruction signal is outputted from a display control device 24 to close the main valve, thereby also at a stage in which the pre-set oil feeding is carried out, the oil feeding operation is stopped by closing the main valve in the same manner as that of free oil feeding operation and then a bulging-out state of the oil feeding hose is kept constant without having any relation with the oil feeding mode.
