摘要： PURPOSE:To improve effectiveness of casting and machining for a first section in which a valve body is provided by a method wherein a plurality of ribs are provided in a first housing so that the ribs can project and extend inwardly, and screwed parts are formed to their edges and the valve body is fitted by screwing to the aforementioned screwed parts. CONSTITUTION:A vapor recovery hose 76 is formed round the exterior of an oil filling hose 62, and the title device is composed of a first section A and a second section B that are detachably coupled with each other. A first housing 3 constituting the first section is pivotably coupled, through a shear pin, with a second housing 4 that constitutes the second section. A cylindrical valve body 10 is provided to the inside of the first housing 3 and a valve disc 13 is contained therein, being pressed with a spring 11. The valve body 10 is connected to the oil filling hose 62 while the first housing 3 is connected to the vapor recovery hose 76. A pressing member 16 that presses the valve disc 13 is provided to an inner cylinder 15. A plurality of ribs 3a are provided to the first housing 3 so that they can project and extend in the direction of radius, and screwed parts 36 are formed to the edges of the ribs, and the valve body 10 is fixed by screwing to those screwed parts.
