While the lever 61 is left as-pulled, a main valve chamber 39 is in communication with the nozzle end 32 to permit the pressure of the main valve chamber 39 to escape into the nozzle end 32.

The type of the oil of the loading arm 1 and the type of the oil for the hatch are compared, and when they match, a signal which allows oil feed from the loading arm by the open of a valve 3 is output to an oil feed control means 39.

    • PURPOSE:To prevent a connector, a cable, etc., from being damaged or short- circuited, etc., by operating a charger with signals from a connection switch for detecting the connection of a connector, a connection detecting switch for a safety catch, and a start switch. CONSTITUTION:A connection switch 56 is turned off, and that a connector 25 has completely been connected to a socket is detected. Next a start switch 21 is pushed, and a start signal is inputted to the set terminal of a flip-flop 71. The output signal of the flip-flop 71 and the signal of a connection detecting switch 39 are inputted to an AND gate 72, and normal charging becomes feasible only when all switches are normal. Even when an electric car 11 moves accidentally and pulling force is applied to a cable 22, pins are separated, and it becomes possible to prevent the damage to the connector 25 and the cable 22 separated mechanically by a safety catch 26. Since the connection detecting switch 39 is turned off at the same time detecting the separation and stops charging, short-circuiting of electricity is prevented. Besides, if the connector 25 becomes loose during charging, the charging is stopped as the connection switch 56 is turned on and the flip-flop 71 is reset.

CONSTITUTION:A control device 20 of an oil filling apparatus is constructed in a structure as mentioned below: When a nozzle switch 10 is turned on, a motor 2 for driving a pump is turned on by operation of a means for judging start of oil feeding, and indications on an indicator 12 indicating the quantity of oil feeding is reset to zero. When the nozzle switch 10 is turned off while the motor 2 is kept running, the motor 2 is then turned off, and when the nozzle switch is turned on again after the lapse of a specified period of time, the turned-off state of the motor 2 is continued by operation of a means 23 for judging emergency stoppage and at the same time, resetting to zero of the indicator 12 is disregarded. When the nozzle switch 10 is turned off again after the lapse of a specified period of time, the motor 2 is turned on by operation of a means 24 for judging restart of the feeding and resetting to zero of the indicator 12 is disregarded. When the nozzle switch 10 is not turned on after the lapse of a specified period of time, finish of the filling is judged by a means 25.

CONSTITUTION:When a reducing valve 6 is set to a desired set pressure, e.g., 2.0kg/cm , the gauge of a pressure gauge 7 points at 2.0kg/cm , and the set pressure of a reducing valve 3 is setting-adjusted to, for example, 4kg/cm by an interlocked adjustor 13. In this case, if the tire filling pressure in the preceding time is higher than the set pressure in this time, the tire filling pressure in the preceding time which is confined in piping acts onto the lower side, and a selector valve 8 is set to the switching position shown on the figure, and a distribution valve 5 is closed by receiving the tire filling pressure in the preceding time. Though the air filling into the tire is executed by connecting a filling nozzle 12 to the injection valve of the tire, the pressurized air passing through the reducing valve 3 is discharged, even if a pressure setting means 4 is damaged, and the burst of the tire can be prevented.
